I am working with a biological mother of five children. Mom is compliant with services and recognizes she needs help achieving sobriety. Mom has agreed to go to medical detox followed by inpatient care. Mom has identified past due rent as a barrier that would postpone or potentially prevent her from going to detox and inpatient care. Mom's monthly rent is just below $200 a month and she is behind by three months. Mom is currently looking for employment in order to pay the past due balance but could prioritize her sobriety and postpone job seeking if there was no past due balance.

We have a father of two children ages 2 and 4 years old. The father needs to participate in a parenting class as part of his treatment plan. Attending this class will help the father gain valuable information and skills to safely parent his children. By completing this parenting class, the father will be one huge step closer to reunifying with both children.

Family is in need of one full mattress and one twin mattress. This family has now taken 5 children into their home as a kinship foster placement in the past ten months to avoid those children from being placed in traditional foster care, which brings the total amount of children they are financially providing 100% for to 6. They have been able to secure most items for the children including bed frames, but they are not able to afford new mattresses for the two children who were placed in their home two weeks ago.

Loving traditional foster home needing assistance paying for cheer registration, uniform, briefs, and pom poms for the foster child. The total for all is $345. Any amount towards this total would be a blessing! Thank you for helping families in need!

Grandmother is the foster parent of her granddaughter which is currently is DHS custody. Grandmother has been trying very hard to make ends meet being that she is living off SSI. Grandmother is asking for help to transport her granddaughter back and forth to school. Grandmother is also very low on groceries and is seeking anything that can help her prepare full course meals for her granddaughter. Grandmother has not received any help financially and has reached out for help. Please contact me if you are willing to help a grandmother in need.

A mother of five was in a domestic violence situation. She has made sure her and her five children are safe but has no means to wash or dry clothes other than going to laundry mat. She does have washer and dryer hookups. The laundry continues to pile up. The family does not care if the washer/dryer is used.

Bio-parents are requesting help with getting a bus pass to continue to work to support themselves and to get back and forth to their family worker visits. The family is trying to continue to stay on track while training to be faithful on their family visitation. Please reach out to me if you are able to assist this family need.

This family is needing help with transportation to get to all of their appointments and meetings. Natural Mother and Natural father will each needs bus vouchers to participate in court recommended services.

We have a mother and daughter who have been brought back together. We have observed the mother and child to have a great bond. The mother just moved into a new apartment and will be starting a new job in the next couple of weeks. The mother has overcame many obstacle's in her life, and during our interaction with the mother we have observed an amazing turn around in her life. She is needing assistance with her rent and only has a short window of time to do so. If this barrier can eliminated it will help the mother save for incoming bills. We would like to add that this is a one time ask, because the mother believes she will be able to meet all of the needs in the home once she starts working full time. This request is for a family that is moving back into their home together. They are in need of a microwave for cooking, plastic shelving for food and plastic drawers for clothing and storage and a play yard/play pen for the kids to play in and stay safe inside the home in a gated off area. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Foster home is looking for outdoor activities for the children. The kids have picked out a riding toy called movimiento zigzag wiggle ride on car. They are also looking for a volleyball net or any other ideas for children ages 3-10 to help exert energy and stimulate the sensory play.
