An 18 year old foster youth in transition recently relocated from Aurora to Colorado Springs. The family the youth was living with in Aurora has their belonging in storage and has not made themselves available to get it out for the youth or the caseworker. The youth's vital documents, including their birth certificate and social security card, are in storage, which is impeding their ability to get an id card and secure employment. This request is for enough money to take an UBER from where they live (near Peterson SFB) to the Citizen Service Center, the DMV, and then back home to get a new birth certificate, State ID, and work on getting a new social security card.

A single father of a 2 month old baby boy is in need of a cell phone and minute card in order to communicate with his and the baby's service providers, medical team, and more. He currently has no phone and no mode of communication. We are requesting a cell phone and minute card.

Mother of 4 kids under the age of 6 continues to struggle financially and is in need of gas to attend family time with her children and attend therapy. She is residing in Midway, which accounts for the need for extra gas. Mother is also working diligently in getting herself into an inpatient facilities but those at times require in person appointments.

A young father with a new baby is in need of reliable transportation so he can get to work, school and his fatherhood coaching sessions. This young man is working very hard to provide for his family and attends his fatherhood sessions faithfully. We are hoping that someone has a reliable used vehicle they would be willing to donate to this family. His current vehicle has been deemed irreparable.

A great grandmother of her one year old granddaughter and 5 month old twin grandsons is requesting assistance with purchasing a diaper genie. Grandmother reports that she has to change a number of diapers a day and she is filling up trash bags quickly and it stinks up the house, so having a diaper genie would be helpful as she would be able to put the diapers in it without it causing so much stench. Grandmother is on a fixed income so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
