This family is taking a 3rd of 3 siblings in as of 5/9/2025 and does not have a car seat appropriate to her age being 2 months old. The family has just adopted her siblings ages 3 and 1 and they have children of their own and a fixed income. Any consideration for this request would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This single father has been struggling to get back on his feet and has faced many challenges with criminal activity and substance use. He has shown great progress over the last few months and is working toward getting his children reintegrated back into his home. His progress has included getting a house to rent, keeping a job and getting into services. He is struggling to provide the appropriate size bedding for this children. The family has had three queen mattresses donated to them but there was no bedding to be donated. Items sought; Thank you for your consideration.

The male child would like dark blue or black bedding set for a queen bed. The sixteen year old daughter would like light blue or teal bedding for a queen size bed 10 year old daughter would like Pink or purple bedding for a queen size bed. ​

A single mother just recently got an apartment after leaving a domestic violence situation. Mother has put in a lot of effort to utilize low income housing to obtain a new apartment and is now asking for help getting a set of bunk beds, in good used condition is okay, she is also asking for assistance in delivery and set up of the frame. Mother is also seeking twin size mattresses for the bunk bed set along with bedding for those two beds. She also has a two year old daughter in a toddler bed, the bed has been provided but she is seeking help getting bedding for her daughters toddler bed.

Here is a 10 year old boy being reintegrated with his mother after almost two years in state custody. When this child was removed from the home he and his mother and grandmother were living in the backyard and had no running water. The child's mother suffers from debilitating mental health diagnoses and is on disability for both her physical health and mental health. Since the beginning of the case in July 2023, the child's mother has completely cleaned her entire home, getting rid of clutter at hoarding levels, had it exterminated, and kept it clean and tidy for approximately seven months to date. The child's mother is making great effort to keep her home clean and safe so that her child can be reintegrated home, and reintegration is set for May 1st. The child came from a placement home that was very minimalist and only kept a weeks worth of school clothing plus some play clothes on hand for him. Going into summer this child has clothes but may need some as he grows, and will definitely need clothing for school in the fall. The child and his mother have made great strides in their individual mental health and will be working together to continue to grow in their journey together, supporting each other as they have learned over the life of the case. L is a teenager who struggled with bad choices early in 2024 and found herself in custody after being on the run. She has since turned her behavior around and is now working at a grocery store, finishing online school, and doing her best to make safe and sound choices. Her placement home (a single mother of 4), who is also her godmother, is helping her get a vehicle. Even with a job, it is a large burden to pay for a vehicle when starting from nothing. This request is for the tags and taxes to register a vehicle, but any other monetary donation to even get a down payment on the vehicle is also welcome. Any consideration in regards to this request is appreciated. Thank you.

J (12yo M) was removed from the home due to abuse. His mother immediately placed a PFA on the stepfather and has been doing all of the steps necessary to have her child reintegrated back to her home. J is luckily placed in a kinship home, but it is in Great Bend. He and his mother miss each other very much, and are very close. Reintegration is planned for July 1st. When mother separated from the stepfather, he took all of his belongings from their home which left the space very sparsely furnished. Mother works full time but is not able to afford the missing furniture with only her income. The carpet is also quite dirty in the dining area and a carpet cleaner would help to keep that area nice. Mother clearly loves her son very much and is making all the right choices to keep him safe. A little extra help with small items like a dining table and chairs and carpet cleaner will mean a lot to this family. Thank you for your consideration. This is a single mom of two children. She's been having to help more recently with her own parents' health as well. She works full time and still struggles to meet ends meet managing herself, the children, and her extended family. She is behind on bills and is asking for assistance. She currently owes $1080.18.

Family was able to pay some of the bill in order to get electricity back on but still owe $500. Any help would be appreciated.
