Mom is in need of a new carpet and some new furniture. Mom has tried to clean up the carpet, but every time she attempts to clean it, it still get messy. Mom is wanting to get rid of it entirely, but doesn't have the funds. Mom also lacks some furniture in the home and could use help getting a couch or two.

The parent of a homeless student (doubled up due to financial crisis) reached out to me because her student made the dance team for next season but she is having a hard time covering the costs of the required camp the team attends. The total cost is $350, mom informed me she is able to cover half of the cost but is needing assistance covering the remaining $175. The team is having a parent meeting this Wednesday and this is when the camp dues are to be paid. This is a hard working student that has great attendance and good grades despite the tough situation she has going on a home. Assisting this family will allow student to enjoy an extra curricular that she has worked hard for and one that she truly has a passion for.

Single mom in Cameron is reunifying with her children. She is in need of two twin mattresses.

Grandmother is taking care of her 3 teenage grandkids. Mother is elsewhere recovering from drug addiction. I am working with the family to get the home clean. The electric dry went out - the heating element isn't working. I like to request a used dryer or if someone can fix the families dryer.
