A single mother of two sweet girls ages 9 and 4. This single mother had an apartment in May but do to unfortunate circumstances, she is no longer in that apartment. Since then, this single mother just started a new job in July. This single mother is trying to reunite with her children and is wanting a fresh start. This single mother wants to give her children new memories in a better living environment. This single mother also wants to stay in school district where her children can have some stability and familarity. This single mother recently looked into a home she wants for herself and children but doesn't have enough money saved up for the required deposit. The apartment complex is Bridge Creek Apartments. The application fee is $35 and they're wanting $879 +$50 for gas. Also, the administration fee $100. This single mother doesn't receive any financial assistance from family or friends. This single mother does the best she can to care for her children. This single mother just wants a second chance. Can you please help us reunite this family by providing financial assistance. It is our desire to not only help reunite this family but give this single mother and her children hope. Thank you for all that you do for our families. The agency as well as the families are very grateful for the sacrifices you've made for them.

My client is a 16 year old boy who is living in a group home and is in desperate need of some sweat pants and shorts. He said he likes the colors black and grey but doesn't really like bright colors. He wears size XL. For the first time ever he is playing football this year and is working out a lot so he would like some work out clothes. I was thinking maybe two pairs of sweat pants and 2-3 pairs of shorts. This child has come a long way and he doesn't ever ask for much. Thank you in advance for helping this child get some work out clothes.

A family with four young children (ages 1, 3, 4, and 5) could use help obtaining a toddler mattress and a playpen. They were able to obtain beds for the other three children, but did not have sufficient funds to purchase a toddler mattress and a playpen. The mother is also requesting educational toys, "I know that's extra, but I would really love to be able to get them educational toys if possible." The family does not have much furniture in the house, although they will be receiving two dressers and an arm chair through a previous request. They could also use a couple more dressers, something like plastic ones for children would work great. Thank you for your generosity, this will make a big impact on this family!

Hello, please help this family by providing them with assistance with gas and/or groceries. The children are living with their uncle and Grandmother. The uncle works full time but is needing aid in providing for the two extra children in his home. The grandma is unable to work at this time due to her health. The family is confident if they had a little assistance with some basic needs within the month he would be able to catch up financially and maintain the care for the children. Please help provide this family usually shops at Walmart for groceries or Quick trip card for gas. This will be a great aid to the family as they get settled into their new arrangements. If the family is unable to establish themselves financially with the children the kids may have to live elsewhere which would be detrimental to their emotional state after finally getting comfortable in the home with their family.

Foster mother is need of help paying for daycare registration. Her husband recently lost his job due to medical reasons. He was on over the road truck driver and started suffering from short term memory loss. He was forgetting loads and the company let him go. He is now home and undergoing testing to see what is happening. The foster family is struggling financially due to the loss of foster dad's income. The daycare name can be provided by the worker and the money can be paid directly to the daycare. If the registration is not paid today the baby cannot return to daycare until the fee is paid.

The family is currently participating in a Family Centered Services case to prevent higher levels of intervention. The family had a vehicle stolen that was recovered by law enforcement. The vehicle is currently at a mechanics shop, their insurance company covered a small portion of the cost. The family is needing $300.00 to pay the remaining cost to get their vehicle out. Having the vehicle will help the family maintain jobs and engagement with service providers. Also any resources to help with fuel cost will be beneficial for this family to be able to continue providing care and transportation for their family. A QuikTrip gas card for $20 would be extremely helpful.

We have a single local foster mom who has been providing emergency respite/placement for teens in need that would otherwise be spending nights in the office. She has opened up her home for well over 20 kiddos since she has been fostering and has been spending her own money to buy clothing and toiletries for teens that usually only have one set of clothing and often times even shoes that don't even fit. She will often take the children to Walmart to buy the children the essential items they need and can take with them while going home to home until permanent homes can be found. The foster mom and children would benefit greatly from any sort of donations such as Walmart/Walgreens gift cards so she can buy these teens clothing and essential toiletry items they need and can take with them.

Client in need includes natural mother and her two year old son. Natural mother is engaged in family time with her son and is dedicated to reunifying with him. However she does struggle with poverty and lack of transportation. She would love to attend her necessary treatment services but struggles finding a way to get there. Helping this mother with transportation via uber assistance would go a long way in ensuring she attends treatment which would assist her in reunifying with her son. Her and her son have a strong, loving bond so reunification for this case is key and lack of transportation right now is a major barrier.
