Please help this single father of 2 children finish his DUI intervention class. he has recently reunified with his children and he is their main caretaker. He recently started a new job and is relying on family for rides to and back. He really needs his DL to be able to get to and from work. There is a remaining balance of $235 for him to be able to start classes. Taking this class will allow him to reinstate his driver's license. Having his driver's license will allow this dad take his children to and from daycare, doctors' appointments, therapy and work. Thank you so much for your help.

A child, who is close to aging out needs glasses. This child is doing exceptionally well and is starting at a new school. The child has expressed a desire for a pair of designer frames, of which sooner care will pay $60 of. We are looking for a partner who would pay the remaining $110.00. This need is not typical, but neither is this Child's circumstances. This child is unable to have a personal relationship with their natural parents and due to mitigating circumstances is unable to have relationship with any of his direct or extended family. This would be a wonderful opportunity to improve a child's self image and confidence.

I have a dad who is trying to reunify with his two children. He has been homeless for a long time and needs help getting furniture for the apartment. Additionally he could use some kitchen items such as pots, pans, dishes and dish towels.
URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED: We have been working to reunify this mother with her children through completing our at-home visiting program. The mom currently has supervised visitation and will hopefully have full custody of her children by the end of our services with her! Her children are 2 and 1. She is dedicated to the services we are providing in the home, and she has also been attending all doctors' appointments and services required outside of the home. While participating in these services, she also works full time AND has been trying to DoorDash for extra money to pay for bills. Due to the nature of the case, the mother went from a two-income household to now being a single mom with one income, which has added an extreme increase in difficulty to get the basic needs of the family met.
Due to all of these circumstances, the mom is needing assistance for payments in rent, water & sewage, gas, and a car note. She is trying very hard to get caught up and to have a place prepared for her children when they enter the home again. The MOST immediate bills that she needs assistance on is rent and the car note.
If these needs are met, the mom will be able to provide a healthy and stable home for her kids, while keeping up with future bills and rent. Mom has a job and is working, so she will be able to pay future bills, but needs assistance to get caught up to create stability. ANYTHING HELPS! :)

I have a seriously disabled child who has recently returned to his bio mother's home. There are two other children and a stepfather in the home. Mom needs a portable ramp to help her get the child into and out of the home. This is a rental home so she cannot have something permanently affixed to the property.
I have a dad who is attempting to reunify with his two children and soon his unborn child. He just lost his job and needs assistance with gas cards to help him get back and forth to appointments/visitations.
Foster family requesting funds to allow a 7 year old foster child to go on a trip with the family. Another child in the home is part of a school band that has been selected to attend the Rose Day parade. The trip will also include many other family oriented activities. Foster family would like to include the foster child in this trip as it would allow them to share the experience as a family. The cost of the trip for air fare, hotel, activities and tickets is $2549. Foster family would appreciate any amount to use towards this trip. The agency requesting on behalf of the foster family has reviewed the summary of costs and feels this is an acceptable for the activities planned and included.
