Hello, please help a mother with a housing application fee and care supplies while inpatient. This mother is working towards getting her children back home but is having trouble gathering the funds for a housing application and care supplies. She is not currently employed and could use some support right now. We are asking you to please help by providing her with what she needs. She wants to make sure she has safe and stable housing for her children and supplies while she recovers. We have a young man who is struggling to find a placement to go to. We are need some groceries/food while he waits on placement. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

A family that consists of great grandparents and 3 great grandchildren. This family is in need of 2 twin beds for the boys that has been placed. The great grandparents are on a fixed income so funds are very limited. Right now the boys are having to share a bed so they are in need of beds as soon as possible.

The natural parents have 2 children in foster care. One of the children is a newborn. The family is homeless and needs help with transportation. A bus pass could really help with them as they work to get housing and jobs.

A sweet family took placement of a child in March, and they are not receiving any financial assistance from OKDHS at this time. Throughout the placement, the family has managed their finances well. After paying their monthly expenses at their original location this month, they were informed their landlord sold the property and requested the family to move immediately; after making all required bill payments and rent at the location. The family has located a new residence. They were able to make the initial deposit and take care of moving expenses. However, they are now short of $300 for rent for the new residence. They have reached out to community resources and have been unsuccessful with obtaining assistance. As a last resort the family has reached out to OKDHS for assistance to help cover the remaining $300. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Without having the added expenses for the future months to come, the family will be back on track in managing their bills. The family and I thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Please help this single mom of 3 kids with her car troubles. This mom who just reunified, has worked hard to get her and her children a vehicle so she could get them to all of their medical and services appointments. She is currently having car troubles with her 2015 Jeep Patriot Sport 4WD, she believes the radiator has a hole in it and she would benefit from having someone who knows cars take a look at it and help her fix it. Biomother is on overnights with her 5 months old infant boy. Biomother is engaged and doing well on her service plan. Biomother is moving into a sober living house that is farther from the center of town and requires multiple bus changes. Biomother needs assistance with an Uber or Lyft card to use to move her belongings to the new home and to get to her and her son's service providers when there is a shortage of time to transfer buses.
