This request is to aid a homeless family of two parents and their 3 month old girl. The family is hoping to be donated two, 3-drawer plastic dressers. The family is currently in a homeless shelter with limited space for their belongings. The current storage they have for their clothing is insufficient, causing it to cover some of the floor and bed space. More storage would allow the family to enjoy a little bit more normalcy in these circumstances and help them best care for their infant.

A single mother of three is in need of a double stroller to help get her young children to and from appointments. Mom has a one month old baby and a one year toddler in addition to a five year old. She could benefit from a double stroller with an infant seat.

This family consists of a single mom with a 13-year-old female child in need of support form the community. The family is asking for clothing for the child, who likes the colors pink and purple. She wears large shirts and her pants size is 12-14 women. The family is also in need of house hold items Pots, pans, silverware, bedding for a twin and full size bed, curtains, washcloths and dressers for storage of belongings.

Mother of two children is incarcerated and the children are staying with family. That family was displaced due to a situation with their last apartment and just obtained permanent housing. Family is requesting assistance with furniture.

A child was placed with a relative. I am requesting a bed for that child.

A single mom of 2 is in need of support!

Mom, a survivor of domestic violence, works full time as a bus driver, but is still struggling to make ends meet. She cares for her 2 children, an 11-year-old and a 2-year-old. The 2-year-old currently shares a bed with mom as she has not had the means to afford to get him his own bed. This leads to dysregulated sleeping for her and the 2-year-old. She is looking for help with getting a toddler bed for the 2-year-old to provide him a safe and appropriate place for sleep.

This family consists single mom and her three-year-old son who just got a new apartment and are moving out of a shelter. The mom had her belongings held in storage, but the storage unit leaked causing them to lose everything. The child's father is incarcerated and unable to help provide. I believe this mother and her son would greatly benefit from community aid in hopes to replace some of what was lost. The mother is requesting couches, bed frames sized twin and full, dishes and cooking ware, and spiderman toys for her three-year-old. Please note that the delivery address is Troy, NY 12180.

A family of three is looking for support. A single mother is currently caring for her 6 year old daughter and her 2 year old son. Mom has been struggling financially and is trying to find employment that will correspond with the children's school and childcare schedule. Both children receive support services with a variety of specialists and services in the community. The family is in need of bedding for both the 6 year old's twin bed, and mom's queen size bed.

A single mom of 2 children is looking for help! Mom suffers from a traumatic brain injury she received in an accident at 12 years old. She receives no help from either of the children's fathers. She is looking to acquire bedding for herself and the children. The 7 year old boy has a hard time with school and sleeping and new sheets will impact the child's sleep positively. Additionally, the 1 year old child, turning 2 years old soon, is currently sleeping in a pack and play which she is outgrowing. She will soon need to transition into a toddler bed as she becomes more mobile. Mom is requesting Minnie Mouse sheets for the 1 year old to help with the transition.

A mom and daughter are in need of support! Mom is celebrating a year of sobriety. Her 15 year old daughter is being discharged back to her birth mother after several years in care. Mom has secured temporary housing and is working with assistance at finding permament housing. Having secured housing makes it possible for the child to return to mom and have her own space. Mom is not currently working as she has been in treatment. She is in need of assistance in accumulating items her daughter will need.

A family is in need of help. A single father of two children is in need of assistance after being displaced to a hotel for 7 months. The family lost everything, and the father has been working hard to meet the needs of the children since moving into their new apartment. Dad is in need of the following household items:

Grandma has recently gained custody and care of her 6 year old, non-verbal, autistic grandson. Grandma is disabled and her only income is SSI. The family is in the process of fixing up the home to meet the needs of the child. In addition to being non-verbal and autistic, the child self-harms and has received no services until recently. They have cleared a room and are in the process of baby-proofing it in order to create a safe space for the child to sleep and play. Grandma has bought several items for the child, but is in need of additional items to help him gain independence, explore, emotionallly regulate, and to allow the grandmother an opportunity to safely perform tasks around the home.
