This is a single-mother household who will be moving across country at the end of the month. Mom has an injured shoulder and no drill or necessarily tools to remove the items from her current apartment. She would be very grateful for someone to come and help her remove curtain rods and a TV/TV mount. Possibly looking for help patching holes in apartment walls from these items as well, if required by current landlord. If unable to help physically, arranging service through TaskRabbit (link provided) would also benefit this mom. Thank you for considering!

A fatherand his five children went through a traumatic experience in April when his wife, and the mother of his children, passed away. He was left to care for the children, and his three younger children struggled with getting enrolled in school. This is due to the fact that his own mother died of COVID and he was scared to put the children in public school. The youngest child has Beckwith-Weidemann syndrome so this father has a lot on his plate. His wife had previously taken care of getting the children enrolled in school and making sure that medical needs were met. Currently, the family is living off of the children's survivor benefits while he is trying to get everything in order. The children just started online school and are switching between 1 family laptop to get all of their schooling done. This family would really appreciate three laptops or tablets that his children can complete their schooling on.

The family includes two young parents who just had their first child, a baby girl. They have just moved into their own apartment, and are in need of more storage containers to help keep their place clean and organized. They have a dresser already, but have asked for a set of double drawers, can even be the inexpensive plastic ones. They need a place to keep the babys diapers and clothing so that it is not just stacked on the table/floor. Please donate to this family, they are new parents and could just use a little extra to make their day!

A family is in need of rent assistance and grocery assistance due to a current lack in finances. They are also in need of a basinet and car seat as they prepare for their next child. The family is waiting for external support to get processed and finalized. This support will help the father continue in his job search and help the family feel more equipped to parent.
Any financial support is appreciated. For the items, we prefer things that are new or gently used. I have attached links for items similar to what we are thinking for this family.

The Department is working with a 15 year old girl who has been in and out of placement since she was a young child. She is currently in placement due to substance abuse by her mother. The placement is struggling financially and I am requesting additional fun things for the child to do. She likes going to movies, chick fil A, going to the mall and doing make up. It would be awesome to have some fun things she can do with her friends where she does not feel like she needs to ask her placement.

A new kin caregiver family caring for a sibling set of 3 children is in need of furniture and some additional resources. They need bunk beds with sheets and blankets and a crib for a 1 year old with a sheet and blanket as well. Additionally, they could use size 4 and size 5 diapers, Children's Pediasure and a gift card to King Soopers to get some food which will help off set the financial hardship of a prescription medication they had to fill recently for the child that was costly.

The child is female and 10 years old. She is going into the 5th grade and has been placed with
her grandma who is in her 70's. The grandma has asked for support in getting the youth
some clothes and would like the youth to be able to pick what she wants to wear. The family
does not have a car and the grandma is waiting to get wrist surgery so it is hard for her to get
around. A gift card to Wal-mart would help as she can get clothes and snacks for the youth.
