Currently, the family is just moving into their new apartment. The family was needing housing to finally start the reunification process with their children. The family also has a new baby that was not brought into care. Currently, 3 of the children are placed in foster care. The family would be eligible for overnight visits in the near future if they are able to get the furniture needed. Please reach out with any questions.

This request is for a mother who recently had a newborn baby. She has had some financial struggles lately and doesn't have a mode of transportation. It would benefit her to have a stroller and baby carrier so that she can safely take her child out into the community.

An unemployed single mom with a four-year-old son who is residing at paternal grandfather's home after leaving heat relief shelter, is in need of a drawer to store both mom and child's clothes. Additionally, the male child needs a pair of shoes and wears size 9.

Four children were currently placed in a kinship placement home after being removed from their mom. Kinship placement needs help with a microwave since hers is broken. The older 2 children who are 13 and 15 use the microwave to warm up different types of food they eat.

Mother has just gotten out of a domestic violence relationship with her 2 children and is in need of one Blink Outdoor 4 Floodlight Camera Wire Free Security system for her driveway as she already has a blink subscription for her doorbell camera. Mother and the children are in need of this safety precaution due to father who is on substances, came in through her driveway, and jumped her backyard fence. Mother is scared for the safety of herself and her two girls as father's behavior is very erratic. She is very grateful for any help as she is trying to save money.

A single mother of two teenagers recently moved to Phoenix from Oklahoma city. She moved to help provide for her family and get access to more services for her daughter with behavioral health needs. The mom works full time to meet her child's needs but has been unable to afford needed furniture for home and her children. Her daughter struggles with mental health needs and behavioral outbursts. The mom has been had her enrolled with multiple behavioral health services and is focused on her needs when she is not working. The mom has a strong connection with both children and tries to prioritize spending time with them and having fun wit them when she is off from work. This family is in need of a couch and a dinning table as well as a bed for herself. The home they are staying in is currently unfurnished with only a bed for each child.

This family was recently separated by DCS, and this mother has been working hard in order to reunite with her children. She has been able to secure an apartment but is struggling financially and needs help furnishing it. She wants to provide a safe and comfortable home for her children to return to. This would also include clothes and shoes for her children. She currently has 4 children, including an adult daughter who is expecting, two sons and another daughter. Their sizes for clothing and shoes are listed below.

• The bunk bed that is listed should be a twin on top and queen on bottom, in order to fit the family's need.

This family is need of a/c help. The family includes five children in the home all school age, one newborn, and their mother. She has called and received free quotes for the unit, however it needs a full unit replacement and it is prohibitively expensive. The family is constantly in the home. The family would greatly benefit from any help with this matter, and the children in the home will be better accommodated for and comfortable. This referral and help from it will continue to strengthen this bio family.

Hello!! The family could benefit for a bed for the daughter. She has been sleeping on a small bed that she has out grown. The mom is a single mother living with her retired father (grandpa) and money is tight. The child has been hitting her feet on the edge of the current bed and could benefit from a proper bed that she could actually fit into! The family is very grateful for any support or help they can get. Thank you so much!!

The child is a 15-year-old teenager. She is placed with her second cousin, his wife, and their two children after spending several years in a group home. She struggles with her weight and has successfully lost a considerable amount of weight. Her caregivers could use some help getting her some new clothing. Things she needs :

Mom's sister recently moved in to combine their resources but need funds to assist in covering for back rent due. Mom has a 7 month old and is a client of Aid to Women Center where she attends weekly parenting prep classes and receives free diapers, baby wipes, baby clothes and other baby related items. Mom has been great about attending the weekly parenting classes but has shared with us that the father of the baby has not been of support and he is no longer in the home. Mom is seeking employment but hasn't been able to find a job at this time. Any financial assistance toward back rent would be greatly appreciated. Her sister is working and will be able to assist with rent moving forward.
