A single mother who recently moved into a new apartment and just found out she is pregnant is in urgent need of support. She is starting over with very limited resources and is currently unable to work while trying to secure daycare for her three daughters. Her children include a toddler (24 months, wears size 24-month clothing), a preschool-aged daughter (wears size 4T-5T clothing and size 5 shoes), and a school-aged daughter (wears size 7/8 clothing and size 12 shoes). The family is in need of essential items including pull-ups (size 4-5), diapers (size 4), wipes, a bassinet, car seat, walker, toddler cups, and baby bottles. The mother is also in need of clothing (t-shirts size small, pants size medium, shoe size 8/8.5). Household and furniture needs include a sectional couch, table and chairs, vacuum, cleaning supplies, towels, rags, laundry detergent, dish soap, two twin-size bedding and comforter sets, a queen comforter set, and window curtains. Meeting this need would greatly support this family as they work to build a safe, clean, and stable home.

Single mother of four is moving to Sarasota Salvation Army transitional housing on Tuesday, 5/13/2025. This move will allow mother to save money, improve hours and work towards securing a home for herself and her children. Mother is in need of a full size bed sheet set, and blankets, for one of the bedrooms.

This request is for a family that has just recently been reunified with their mother who moved into a home big enough for her and her five children to all live together. The family has limited furniture for the home and the mother works as much as possible to support her family but is on a fixed income. The family needs living room furniture for a downstairs space that currently has nothing in it. A dining room table and at least 6 chairs so they can all sit down and eat together. They have three bedrooms that need dressers so the children’s clothes can all have space and feel like home. The requested items will help create a supportive space for the youths to thrive academically, mentally and emotionally. These items will help them feel more encouraged, engaged, and at home in their space.

Grandmother is helping Dad take care of two children ages two and seven months after the tragic loss of their young mother. The family doesn't have WIC transferred from her name as she just passed. They are needing Formula for the baby (Enfamil Gentle Ease, purple can). The family is needing as much support as they can get right now as the mother passed last week and the family is devastated and worried. The 7 month old has special medical needs and the family is worried about finances. Any support the church can give this family would be amazing.

Opportunity to help a pregnant mother of two young children with a 3rd child on the way. Mother and children are currently living in a home with her parents, sibling, nieces and nephews. Children are currently sharing a bed with mother. Father of the children is incarcerated. Mother works at a nursing home as a medical aid and caregiver. Mother has saved up money and has rented an apartment, but does not have the financial means to furnish the apartment. Mother has been unable to move into the apartment because she does not have any furniture. Mother has a full sized mattress for herself but does not have a frame and/or box spring. Mother does not have a couch or any other furnishings for the empty apartment. By providing the basic furnishings, mother and children will be able to move into the apartment and have their own space and beds.

There is a mother and father who have been working extremely hard to not only be better for their two young children, but for themselves as well. They have five-year-old son and a four-year-old daughter who are the highlight of their lives, and also their proudest accomplishments. Unfortunately, both their children are not currently residing with them. If there is a way to help these devoted parents out by providing them furniture, it would put them in a better position, which would strengthen their chances of being reunified with their children. Both parents are working and have shown nothing but consistency and determination, to make their home a safe environment for their children to come home to. Providing the following items, would mean the world to this entire family. . Two twin kid beds (bed frame and mattress for both) . Queen size bed (bed frame and mattress) Thank you.

ERAT is working with a single mother who could use an extra car seat and some diapers for her 1 year old baby. The mother works late and has her mother help out with transportation. She does not have another car seat for this. The mother has left a negative relationship and is working on getting on her feet. The mother is engaging with services trying to create a better life for herself and her child. An extra car seat and diapers would help her. Diapers are size 7

Father of one recently gained custody of his two-month-old son. The father has a disability making it hard to care for the small child. With limited income, the father is seeking help with obtaining an infant stroller, hoping to no longer put additional strain on his back. Father has already applied for and is awaiting WIC, SNAP, and Medicaid. The benefits are under the mother's name currently. The child is also in need of formula (Enfamil Gentle Ease), wipes, and diapers (size 1) while he awaits the assistance he has applied for. With this assistance it will help the father properly provide and care for his son during this tough transitional time. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Maternal Grandmother is a temporary caregiver for three grandchildren. The goal of this family is to be back in the care of mother and step father. Maternal grandmother requested laundry supplies. There are three grandchildren: Male age 12 Male age 11 Female age 4

Grandmother who is taking care of her grandson is requesting assistance with purchasing a full-size bed for him. Grandson lives with client as his mother passed away when he was four years old. Client does not have the funds to purchase the bed. This bed will ensure the child gets a restful and safe sleep.
