(85711) Mother reunified with her 6 year old son after welcoming twin newborns. She was able to secure housing, but has been struggling with a cockroach infestation in her kitchen. Extermination services are requested to help ensure the infestation does not get bigger and that she is able to maintain her housing and successful reunification.

85730. • Dogs) Family was recently considered safe and reunified with the mother. Mom is requesting assistance with a high chair, a dresser for clothes, clothes organizer (maybe a bin that slides under a bed). This family lives in one bedroom in a larger house with extended family. The family is struggling financially and these requests would take some of the burden off of the mother.

This client is having a boy and is in need of an infant car seat and a single stroller and some baby boy socks and mittens. She has been having some health issues and unable to work. She would appreciate the help.

(85041) Mom, just had twins. She has other children in the home and in our custody. She is requesting pack N plays for the twins to sleep in, as they do not have room for cribs.

(85711 - Dog) Family has a serious infestation of bed bugs. The mother is a single mother and receives no child support. The oldest child, has an autoimmune disorder making his health in more jeopardy from the bed bugs. He is scratching constantly and has scars on his body from the bed bugs. He also has a rash on other parts of his body. The mother owns the home.

(85712 - Dog) Dad moved into an apartment with his 3 yr old son and was able to take in the child's 2 older siblings. The children were previously in foster care and were excited to know their step-father was able to take them in. Family requesting assistance with household items. Dad is very close with the non-bio children and they all have an amazing and loving family dynamic Dad works very hard to make sure the children have what they need. The family is in need of a couch where the family can enjoy much deserved family time and increase spending time together, cleaning supplies such as a mop to maintain their new living space, 2 dressers so the children can stop living out of bags given to them by the department, and pots and pans so delicious meals can be made at the end of a stressful day. This will help the family maintain a sense of dignity and bonding to strengthen their relationship.

(85713) Mom and 5 children living in a two bedroom home. Family is requesting assistance with Queen Size Bed/Bedding to replace an air mattress and a Kitchen table with chairs - currently eating meals on the bed. Family escaped a domestic violence situation.

(85713- Spanish is Preferred Language) 2 Teenage Girls have been living in a DDD foster home for the past 10 months. The children are special needs. The paternal grandparents were granted physical custody and requesting assistance with Beds for both girls.

(85706 - Dog/Stairs) Mother and her 4 Sons (12, 9, 8, 5 months) are starting over after leaving a domestic violence/substance use situation. Requesting bunk beds and baby items. Mom stated she will be grateful for whatever is able to be donated to help them restart on their own.

(85712 Family has dogs) Mom and two girls, aged 6 months and three years old, are currently trying to find stable housing and are staying with family. They would benefit from the use of two plastic cubbies to organize the children's clothing during this temporary housing situation.

This client is experiencing many physical problems in this pregnancy and is unable to work. She has two children and is currently pregnant, due 12/28/25. She is a single mom and unable to work right now. She is in need of rental assistance of $1,395.

This client is pregnant for the first time and just lost her job. She is asking for help with a bassinet for the baby. Father of baby is in the picture, but they could use the help.
