The family consists of a mother and three children ages ranging from 6-12 years old. The family has had trouble with stability and has moved frequently due to inability to maintain their payments for rent. The family has just moved again and is in need of new bedding for the children's beds. The children's beds were observed to only have sheets and no comforters or pillows. Mother would appreciate any assistance to ensure the children have appropriate sleeping arrangements.

DCS is involved due to mother leaving the children with father, taking all of the items for the children with her. Father is currently unemployed and staying with a friend. Father was left with no diapers, wipes, clothes, or formula for the children. Father is currently caring for a 7 month old baby boy and a 2 year old girl. Father is struggling to feed himself and the children. Father does not have funds or transportation to get the supplies needed for the children's well-being.

I am working with a non-offending father to get his 5 year old daughter in his care, but he is in need of a bed for her. They are in need of a twin mattress, box spring, bed frame and bedding (sheets/comforter) for her. Thank you for your consideration.

Family was displaced from previous address due to eviction in Fall 2024. From Fall 2024 - Spring 2025 family was displaced in various locations to include shelter and family homes. During that time family lost nearly all of daily items needed in household. Mom is working to reestablish herself and her children and could use any of the following items:

This is a large family - Mom has 6 children and one grandchild living with her. All items do not need to come together - she will be thankful for any items on the list so if only some items are available at a time from one location that is okay for her. A family consisting of a Mother and 15 year old boy could benefit from assistance within their community. Mother is working several jobs to support her family and providing this additional assistance can make a hug impact for the family. The family could use a new area rug for their living room due to their current one having an odor of pet urine. Their elderly dog has had multiple accidents on this rug over the years and providing the family with a new one will improve the conditions of the home. Furthermore, the family could use assistance with moving a few large items (dressers and a table) out of the home to create more space. Mother has health issues that make moving these items incredibly difficult, even with the help of her son. The family's washer recently stopped working, so if the family could get assistance with a new washer for laundry to help with the smell, that would help the family greatly. A single father took in a family friends teenage daughter unexpectedly a week ago. The family needs help getting a radiator for their 2002 Impala, laundry soap, and thirty dollars in rolled quarters for laundry assistance. A grandmother and her fiancé are placement for her 7-month-old grandson. They are requesting a car seat for him.

I am working with a single father who got his children back (8 year old boy and 4 year old girl) in December and we are getting close to closing the case. He would really benefit from some Uber or Lyft gift cards so that father can take his daughter to daycare and get to work on time. He usually takes the bus, but it has not been getting him there in time. He is able to afford Lyfts/Ubers sometimes, but does not always have the money. Father's schedule will be changing once summer starts and this will no longer be an issue.

I am working with a mother who is working to get her kids back in her care. She has a 10 year old girl and a 4 year old boy who are temporarily placed with family. Mother is in the middle of a divorce from the stepfather and has been waiting for approval for disability for two years (Crohn's Disease) but now that she has to support herself, she is going back to work and is in need of scrubs for her new job. She is asking for cargo or jogger scrub pants (size XL) and scrub tops (size XL) and scrub jackets (size XL). She is not allowed to have any bright colors. I work with a mother who is working to get her son back in her care and is preparing her new home for in-home visits. She is in need of almost all household items. Here's a brief list: pots/pans dishes/cups silverware dish clothes dishwasher detergent laundry detergent household cleaners bath towels anything else you can think of for a new home (kitchen, bathroom, etc.)

This would really help this mother prepare her home for in-home visits. We will be purchasing a bed for the child, but she may also need sheets, blankets, pillows. I think anything would help. She was living in the home with no furniture for a couple of months. Prior to getting this home, she was living on the streets for several months.

A grandmother is placement for her 3 grandchildren, ages 1 (male), 3 (female), and 4 (male). She is requesting assistance with clothing for the children. The 1 year old wears size 24 month. The 3 and 4 year olds wear size 3T. She is requesting any type of clothing for the children. And is also in need of a firearms lock box for the home.

New kinship has received placement of two twin babies who were removed due to neglect (malnutrition). Kinship placement is currently struggling financially and doing her best to care for these new children and work a full time job and take care of her biological children. We are requesting, if possible, a single stroller for twin babies (5 months old), the type that can fit two babies at once. Thank you very much.
