We have a foster family that has bed bugs. They are requesting help as we all know they are hard to get rid of. They had a company come in and quote the cost to get it taken care of and it's $1575 plus tax. We are only asking for help for half of that which is roughly $866. Any and all help is very much appreciated.

Leah:
Presbyterian Church is pledging $200. toward the requested total of $866.00. No further response will be made until additional funds are pledged.
To Social Worker: Will need name of Exterminating Company for making out the check. We are suggesting that all checks once the total $866 is obtained, be sent to Social Worker so all can be given at the same time to Exterminating Company so confidentiality of this family can be protected and ensure that this money is applied to the correct family/job. Are also suggesting that if Social Worker does not receive all pledged checks, then those should be returned to providing entity. If there is a better process to handle this issue, please advise.

We are still willing to help with this bill but I have not yet received information on where to pay. My assumption is you are waiting until the entire amount can be covered. Just want to make sure I haven't dropped the ball somewhere along the way.
