Child age 6 months old is placed with maternal grandmother. This placement change is new and grandmother needs help obtaining a swing set and spit up rags. This baby struggles with active reflux and spit up. Caregivers report that she is on a new prescription and that it is helping with her spit up but at times she is not keeping her bottle down. Grandmother reports that she cannot afford to get her a swing set at this time but would like some assistance in getting her a swing set. Child age 6 months old was recently placed with maternal grandmother and her grandchildren. Case worker observed the family having propane tanks in the living room; caseworker asked why the tanks were in the home. Caregivers reported that neighbors tend to steal their propane tanks and that they bring them into the home at night. Case worker suggested getting a bike chain and lock to secure their grill and propane tanks outdoors so they do not transfer the tanks back and forth into the home. Caregiver agreed to living them outdoors and getting them secure outdoors. Any donations for a lock and chain would be appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.

Father age 52 and mother age 44 are asking for support in getting groceries. Parents report that they receive social security benefits however, it has been difficult to budget and maintain all their bills paid for. Parents report that they are struggling to make ends meet. Parents would appreciate a Walmart gift card for groceries as they are learning how to manage and budget their income. Thank you for your consideration.

Mother age 48 reports that she is struggling providing and maintaining food in her home. Mother reports that she is no longer working the amount of hours that she initially was working. Mother reports that she tends to ask her older son for financial support however, he has not been working either and they are unable to provide enough food and has expressed that they have enough for rent and utilities for this month. Children remain in the home the children are 17,16,10, 8, and 9 years old. Mother reports that it would be helpful to get financial assistance or a gift card to be able to go grocery shopping for the week. Any donations would be appreciated.
