A single mother who recently gave birth to her third child is currently on maternity leave with no source of income. She is scheduled to return to work in August. During this time, she and her newborn are in need of essential personal hygiene items to support the baby's care and the mother's recovery.

All requested items can be found on Walmart.

The father and mother are often outdoors near the pool and the young child with delays comes out. The child almost drowned on one occasion. The child’s playroom is next to the pool and the family does not have safety locks. There are concerns as the child loves water and is attracted to it. The family would benefit from pool safety equipment to prevent the child from being in danger.

Single mother with a 14-year-old daughter is a survivor of domestic violence and recently had to leave her previous living situation with only her car and a few personal belongings. She has since secured stable housing with her Section 8 voucher; however, the home is currently unfurnished. She is in need of two beds with frames to help create a safe and comfortable space for herself and her daughter. All items can be found at Walmart. Anything will be a blessing.

Mom and dad of baby boy want to start using cloth diapers for their baby to help with cost. The family is needing help getting these items.

single mom is requesting a bicycle and toddler seat/ helmet (child is a 2T size) to help get around and to work. She has recently been staying in a DV shelter after leaving an abusive relationship. This mom is newly pregnant and has been walking herself and her toddler son to all of their appointments. A bicycle would allow the mother to be more self-sufficient to provider for herself and children.
The address of the shelter she is staying at cannot be disclosed so it is asked that whoever meets the request drops of bike to CAPTA counselor.

Disabled and displaced client has been in hotels since the hurricanes. She has several health issues and very limited income (SSI). She is in need of personal care items and clothing that she simply cannot afford due to the rise in food prices and the costs associated with her disabilities and medical costs. She has been trying to mend the clothing she has but has trouble seeing. Mom of baby girl is needing her own phone to help be able to communicate with providers she is working with and not relying on using dads phone. Mom has been applying for jobs and is enrolling her baby in daycare and needs access to a phone.

Expecting mom is in need of some maternity clothes. Mom is currently at a residential program working to remain sober for a healthy pregnancy. She is not able to work while being in the program so she is needing help getting these items. She is needing 3-5 maternity short sleeve tops. Size L and XL.

SIngle mama of baby boy is needing some items to help baby grow and learn. Mom is needing baby toys and a tummy time mat. She is currently living at a residential facility and hasn't been able to work to be able to get these items.

Mom is about to graduate a residential facility and is going to be moving. The baby has been sleeping in a crib owned by the facility so mom is going to need a Pack and Play so she can continue to practice SafeSleep with her baby. Mom is also needing a Stoller and a convertibles car seat as she has been using the programs.

This mother has 3 children and raising them alone with very little support. Previously, she was homeless and has recently moved into a new apartment and needs items for her children to keep them safe and to provide for their well-being. Any assistance would be so helpful.

The Reunification Team has been working with a single mother of five children. The mother fully engages with the RT and has been a pleasure to work with. Shortly after reunification the mother found new housing and is need of a couple of items before an updated home study can be finalized. The mother has bedding for most of the children but is in need of a toddler bed for one of her young children. The mother also needs 2 or 3 smoke detectors. These items will help the case manager be able to complete the home study for the mother. The mother is always appreciative of assistance provided.
