Mother of 2 children (2-year-old female and 7-month-old baby boy) is in desperate assistance of pampers for her children as she is unemployed and is unable to purchase any pampers. Pamper size is 4 for the newborn male and size 6 for the female.

She started working, one year old is walking, and 4-year-old leaves a mess when he eats, so having a vacuum would make it easier for her to keep the floor clean so her 1 year old does not pick stuff up from the floor. Her home is observed clean, and she wants to maintain it clean and safe for her 1-year-old.

Car seat will ensure newborn is transported safely to and from hospital and doctors' visits. Single parent household that just moved and is very limited with financial resources. Mother is due in a month and has already made expenses for safe sleeping arrangement and other items that have been observed.

Mother is a single mother who requested help to complete for her rent and light bill this month as she is struggling due to her paycheck not being complete for taking days off to take care of her medically needy child.

A young mother with a 3-year-old needs a booster seat to ensure the child has proper vehicle arrangements.

I am requesting monetary assistance for the bio mother to tow foster children that are currently in care as they were removed for neglectful supervision. The mother to the case has been diagnosed with mental health issues and cannot afford to pay the copays for the intake, diagnostic assessment, and diagnosis from the provider, thus she remains mentally unstable. Mother works a part time job as a provider and has insurance; however, only earns enough money to pay for her rent and utilities. These parents were homeless and living in and out of different homeless shelters and motels for years, prior to the Department becoming involved. So, the Department has seen some great efforts from mother to complete her services and obtain an apartment while the Department has been working with her. Her mental instability remains a concern, though and although she is trying to address the issue, the barrier remains that she does not qualify for the large amount of copay that she needs in order to get the psychiatric treatment started. She has been informed that once she pays the large sum at the start of the treatment, her copays will only be $50.00 a month, which she says she can handle. We are asking for help to pay the large sum to start her treatment so that we can help her get the psychiatric care that she needs, to be better able to care for her children once reunified. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A family of four, including three children, is in urgent need of monetary assistance to secure a small trailer home, as they are currently facing economic hardship and have also experienced abuse. Having been staying with relatives, their situation is precarious, and without the necessary funds for rent or a deposit, they risk being forced to relocate to Mexico, which would further destabilize their lives. Meeting this need for shelter would provide the family with a safe and stable environment, allowing them to rebuild their lives, protect their children from further trauma, and ultimately prevent homelessness in Texas, where they have limited support.

Mother of 5 children recently moved to a new home and she is struggling to furnish her new home. The mother is asking for assistance with beds for her children. The children's ages are 4-Male, 5-Male, 7-Male, 14-Male, & 10-Female. The family is in need of 1 toddler bed, 3 twin size beds and one full-size bed. Also, the family needs bedding, pillows and blankets. Assisting the family will ensure that the children have a comfortable and safe place to sleep so they no longer have to sleep on the floor. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

The family consists of single mother and three children of ages 2, 1, and newborn. The family is in need of a crib and baby items such as wipes and diapers of size 1.
