Hello, I am requesting assistance for a parent on my caseload. This parent is having difficulty paying their rent. The parent is working full-time but recently changed jobs where he is making less. This parent is needing to pay $350.00 in rent to get caught up. This would help the parent to maintain his housing, and to work on services to help reunify his child. Thank you for your consideration in helping this parent.

This request is on behalf of a loving, close-knit family of four: a hardworking father, a devoted stay-at-home mother, a bright and energetic 3-year-old girl, and a joyful 5-month-old baby boy. Their home is full of love, laughter, and a deep commitment to one another. Dad works full time to support the family, while Mom stays home to care for their two young children, nurturing a warm and supportive environment.

The 3-year-old is ready to transition into a toddler bed—an exciting milestone that reflects her growing independence. However, due to limited finances, the family is currently unable to purchase a toddler mattress and frame. They are hoping to receive this support to ensure their child has a safe, comfortable place to sleep.

This bed will not only benefit their 3-year-old now but will also be used for their 5-month-old when the time comes, making it a lasting investment in their children's well-being. Providing this item will ease a financial burden and help this resilient family continue building a strong foundation for their children’s growth and development.

Client is active in services and seen weekly by therapist and case manager. Mom is needing to get herself and three kids out of ex's home. Mom was able to use savings for the deposit but now is needing help with furniture as her ex is keeping everything from the separation. Following are items needed: Four bed frames/mattresses (twin/full), bedding, pillows, pans, utensils, a couch, dressers, shelves, washer, dryer, microwave, cleaning supplies - vacuum/mop, etc.

Oklahoma Human Services is currently working with a family consisting of a mother and two children ages 4 and 5. The mother has just left a difficult and unsafe relationship with the children's father where the father was the sole financial provider. She has been able to secure housing for herself and the children on their own for the first time since they have moved to Oklahoma. The mother is doing her best to secure everything needed for herself and the children to include daycare, getting a new job, furnishing their apartment, and building a life for them on their own. The mother is in need of assistance purchasing car seats for the children to ensure that they are safe in the car. The children are tiny and still in 5-point harness car seats. She was able to budget for a booster seat for the oldest, but she is still too small for it. Any assistance for this family would be greatly appreciated!

Mom has requested help with finding her son clothes that will fit him. He wears xxl in shirts and xxl large in pants,shorts ,ect.

Hello I am needing help with fixing up a mother's car so she is able to see her children for her visits. This would help mom out with starting Trial Reunification so she can get her kiddos back home with her. She has been having difficulties getting to different towns to see her kiddos on a regular basis because her car is not in working condition and she does not have much family to help her when needed. All this car needs in a front left ball joint to get this car up and running! if someone is available to help fix this car up this will help mom get her children back home. The car is 2000 mercury MGL that just needs a left ball joint repaired.

Hello, we have a biological mom who is in trial reunification with her two children. She recently lost her job but quickly found a job so it would not disrupt the girls. She is a bio mom who is resilient and does everything she can to provide for her girls. She is short on rent and we don’t want her to lose her place of stay and cause a disruption to the girls placement

Hello! I have a wonderful kinship foster mother who could use a little bit of help. She has placement of a teen, along with her own teen in the home. She works full time at a local mental health facility and also assists her adult daughter (who is disabled) with her own children, two of which are special needs. This lady has a heart of gold and would never ask anyone for anything but would give anyone her the shirt off her back. She lives in a small three bedroom rental and each time I have been to the home, she is so apologetic about "the mess". She is so embarrassed by the state of her home, which is just cluttered with stuff everywhere...clothes scattered about in the bedrooms, things all over the kitchen since it is so tiny with limited cabinet space. She has talked numerous times about how the home has absolutely no storage at all since it is an older home, and she knows the home needs some attention, but she simply has nowhere to put things. I offered to request a home organizer to come out and help her, but she said she is too prideful for that. But when I offered some dressers and storage items, she agreed. So that is my request...this client would be IMMENSELY grateful to have some dressers, and some shelving for their bedrooms/kitchen. This would help enhance the comfort and live-ability of the home for everyone and would take a load off her back. Any assistance you can provide to this sweet lady would be so appreciated!

Please help this single mother and her 3 kids facing eviction. This client incurred a $100 fee to her apartment rent and isn't able to pay it. She is severely ill and unable to work and is in urgent need to keep her and her children from losing their housing.

A child who is placed in a shelter has her 14th birthday coming up. This child wants an MP3 player for her birthday because music is her biggest coping strategy. Her favorite colors are fire colors such as orange, red, and yellow.

A child at a group home suffered a loss of all his clothes and shoes. The group home flooded. It was three feet of well water that caused his clothes to be ruined. He has been wearing slippers to school for the last three weeks. He wears size twelve shoes. He wears medium underwear and large socks, large shirts.
