I have a 12 year old boy who is placed at a group home. He is in need of some new clothes that would be appropriate for the cold weather. He is in need of athletic pants and comfortable shirts. This child is Autistic and he will need clothes that he can easily take on and off. We would prefer the pants to have a drawstring. He wears a size XL in pants and shirts. Meeting this need would help him to have enough warm clothes for the cold weather. We would appreciate any and all support!

Father has been reunified with one of his children and has visitation with four of his other children every other weekend, unsupervised. However he does not have enough beds for all the boys. He could use one set of bunk beds and bedding for the youngest two boys. Currently one child is sleeping on floor or couch. There is not room in the small bedroom for another twin bed and only room to go up (twin size bunk bed).

We have two natural parents in need of rental payment to avoid eviction from their apartment. The financial need is currently $1899.24, which would go towards the rental balance including both November and December rent, utilities, and late fees. If these parents receive financial assistance, they will be able to keep their home and keep working towards reunification with their daughter. They have stated their intentions of continuing their search for employment to plan for future months, as well as looking at income-based apartments, due to their lease ending 12/31/23. This need is urgent, as they have court 12/11/23 to determine the official date to either pay in full or vacate by.
Thank you in advance!

There are two biological parents who are in need of gas cards to help them maintain employment and allow for increased visitation with their 3 young children. The increased visitation will allow the case to move towards reunification for the children and their biological family. Parents have made huge strides towards reunification and are working hard towards achieving permanency for their children. A gas card would tremendously help the family and would be appreciated.

The department is currently working with two children girl 3 years old and boy age 2 years old placed with aunt and uncle as part of a family center service case. The department is working with a Safety Plan Monitor, that is currently supporting the children in her home, aunt and uncle. Safety Plan Monitor currently not getting much support for the children. Safety Plan Monitor needs toddler sheets and blankets for the kids. Safety Plan Monitor is needing help with diapers or pull ups, as will as wipes. The department is reaching out for help in covering this cost for the family. As those results are critically needed in being able to further provide support for the family by the department. In fulfilling this request, you would be ensuring the family is given the best opportunity to be successful in their family center service case and receive the support they desperately need.

Mom is working, the kiddos are healthy, everything is going great! It is time to move from Grandma's to their own apartment but it's pretty empty. This family needs some furniture. A sofa, a chair, dining table and chairs, maybe a TV stand. The little girl has a crib that can be handed down to her baby brother since she's ready for a toddler bed and a dresser to store their clothes. Moving in for Christmas would be the best present they could possible receive. Donations to help make that happen would be very much appreciated; they need a lot, but donations, full or partial, can help make their lives more comfy for the holidays!

Two children are placed in an out of home safety plan with an extended family member who also has a child of his own. The family member is barely making ends meet for himself and his child and he is struggling to provide all of the children with food and gas to take the children to and from school. The primary concern is providing food for the household as it has now gone from a family of two to a family of four. The family member does not live within bus route areas and getting to a food pantry is difficult for him due to the limited hours available for pantry access. Any help with delivering food or providing this family with funds to purchase food while the children are with the family for another two weeks at minimum would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Bio mom and son in trial reunification are needing assistance covering their electric bill. The bill is $149 and is due on 12/11/23. Mom had a reduction in the cash assistance she receives since her child is now using DDS services. The loss of the $250 per month unexpectedly has caused mom financial worries.
