The mother in this case is a single mom of 3 children under the age of 5, 2 girls and 1 boy. She was raised in the foster care system and has a very limited support system. She recently got a job after being unemployed for 2 months and moved into a new apartment and does not have a washer and dryer. She does not have extra income to use a laundry mat and has been washing the clothes in the sink for the time being. A washer and dryer would be extremely helpful to this family.
Maternal grandmother is caring for two toddlers who were removed from the care of their parents. She desires to provide long term care for the children in her home. The grandmother has recently moved into a larger space to accommodate the children, but is in need of living room furniture. Due to financial restraints, the grandmother is unable to afford furniture. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Youth is currently on trial independence. She will be graduating from high school in a couple of months and has plans to attend cosmetology school. She needs assistance in paying for her senior fees so that she does not feel left out. By assisting her it will assist with her confidence while also providing encouragement to her to never give up on her goals.
This case involves 5 children who were placed with their maternal grandmother due to substance exposure to the twin babies. The babies were in the NICU and have not been cleared for daycare yet. The grandmother had to quit her job in order to meet the needs of the children. We are seeking cots or a trundle for the older children and a swing for the babies.

Our small high school serves students 16-23 yrs who have not been successful in traditional educational settings, and have not graduated high school for a variety of reasons. Many have had trauma and chaos in their young lives. We have wrap around case management to help them graduate and become independent and successful. Our student is a young lady who is 18 yrs old and working diligently to graduate. She is pregnant and needs a crib, a baby swing, a full body maternity pillow and a car seat/stroller combination.
Our small school provides wrap around case management services to help our high school aged students graduate. We have a pregnant student living on her own who has very few items for herself and her "almost here" newborn. This young mom to be has faced trauma and difficulties in her young life that would debilitate most. She is very near to graduating and we want to support and honor her efforts as she tries to live independently. She needs a baby swing for the baby, but a full bed, bed linens, pots and pans, and flatware for herself

This single grandmother who has kinship care of her three grandchildren, one of whom is Autistic and has significant therapy needs, is in need of car repairs. Currently the grandmother must rely on others for transportation putting a strain on the family's health and stability. Providing the funds necessary for the car repairs will help the grandmother continue to care for her grandchildren diminishing their risk for child welfare involvement. The estimate provided by the mechanic was $700. Connections to a trusted and reliable mechanic would also be of benefit.

A young mother was living in the streets with a male 25 years older than her. With him she was using multiple substances, using sex to get money, and being subjected to occasional physical abuse by the male. He was manipulating her to control her and use her to gain access to money and drugs. She learned that she was pregnant by the man when she was 6 months pregnant and returned home to her mother for support. her mother has helped her make better choices for the safety of the baby and the health of the both of them. Grandmother has helped to provide items for the baby since the mother had no positive associations, she has obtained almost all needed items with the exception of an infant stroller and swing. Mother is trying to go out to look for jobs and but does not drive so she needs a stroller to be able to take her son out with her if grandmother is not home. She stated that she will sit the baby in his car seat during the day so he is not constantly laying but it would be nice if she had a swing so he is able to move better than he can when strapped in car seat. The family is trying to get Mom back into a routine and has not requested any help from anywhere so they would be greatly appreciative of any help.
Hello all,
An 8 year old female came into care after being removed from her family due to homelessness and severe neglect. She is now in an adoption motivated placement that is meeting her needs but also needs help. She has been in therapy since coming into care and her therapist has recommended that she participates in extracurricular activities as much as possible. She is the only child the caregiver has in the home, however, she is extremely exhausted after her workdays as a teacher. This child has taken a strong interest in learning to play the piano. She has taken the initiative to find a local resource that is available for her and is needing financial assistance at this time.

The child is a 16-month-old who is currently placed in a kinship placement. The placement is a lower income household that has reported child is getting too big for her pack and play. The kinship placement is needing assistance with a toddler bed.
A child has been taken care of by fictive kin for the majority of their lives and the caregiver struggles to make ends meet due to not receiving any help from the biological family. The family is in need of help with paying for the fee to an apartment that they were able to get. They also would benefit greatly from a highchair, a kid's bed, and clothing for both children. There is a 4-year-old female child who wears 4T-5T in clothes and 11 in kid's shoes. There is a 2-year-old male child who wears 3T in clothes and 7 in toddler's shoes. Updated on February 21, 2023 by an Agency Worker The family was able to cover housing fee's but could still really use some help on household items for the children to put into the apartment.
Caregiver is a single mother of 3 young girls all under the age of 5. She has been a victim of domestic violence and she has no biological family in the state of Texas. She managed to develop a good relationship with the paternal grandmother of one of her children and that is her only support system. The Department assists her with providing daycare and she was recently approved for housing. She was in an apartment and unfortunately had to leave the apartment with her 3 young children unexpectedly 3 days before Christmas due to pipes bursting from freezing temperatures. The caregiver lost all of her beds and furniture as a result of this water damage to her apartment. She has struggled to get into a new apartment and is in the process of trying to rebuild. She does not currently have any furniture aside from 2 air mattresses and a pack and play. The mother is working from home and trying to save up to replace what was lost from the water damage, but she is struggling to get back on her feet. The assistance of the beds and a couch for her children would take off some of the stress until she is able to fully get back on her feet.
Grandmother is taking care of 7 year old boy that just got back in school after being out due to homeschooling (mother did not have a place to stay). He is in need of clothing (uniforms khaki pants 10-husky, White long sleeve shirts, Purple polo shirt (10-12 size), youth shoes -4 and a winter coat)
An aunt and uncle recently had their two nephews placed with them who are ages 11 and 13 years old. The boys came to them with very little clothing for winter. The caregivers are requesting assistance with winter clothing for the boys. The 11 year old wears a size 10/12 in boys clothing for pants and shirts. The 13 year old wears a mens size medium in shirts and size 32X30 in pants. They are also requesting assistance with purchasing socks and underwear for the boys.
