Hoosick Falls Community Alliance Church

Good morning, friends. I have been made aware of a young woman who is 7 1/2 months into a high-risk pregnancy, who has a connection with someone in our church. Part of what she is struggling with is that one of the twins she is carrying passed away quite early in the pregnancy. She has also been in and out of the hospital with various infections, but the baby is fine. She had to quit her job so she has no income and is also not physically able to get out to purchase what she needs. She is being supported emotionally by the baby's father and her parents, but they do not have the means to equip a nursery. If you have ANY baby items taking up space that you would be willing to part with or can help provide any of the items listed, it would be so encouraging and greatly appreciated by them all. She is having a girl and they do have some clothes. I do not expect all of these items to be provided, but I am just throwing out ideas. Thank you so much!

The family we have provided dumpster services for in the past is in need of more garbage removal. The trash is outside in bags waiting to be disposed of. We are hoping that a few men from church can help Danny load it on his truck after Men's Breakfast on Saturday so he can get it to the landfill before 1, as that is the only time they are open in the winter. It will probably take multiple trips, so if someone has another truck and is available, that would be great. Please let us know. Trash disposal is one of the things required for this family to move back into their home. (The man whose dump trailer we used in the past has put it away for the winter and other dumpster services are too expensive.) Thank you! I have set it up in increments of $30.
