I have a family of 6: a mom, dad, 6-year-old boy, 4-year-old girl, 1-year-old girl, and 6-month-old baby. The parents are not working, and they moved in with their grandparents. The 1-year-old is turning 2 this month, and they want to transition her to a toddler bed from a crib. They need a toddler bed. Transitioning from a crib to a small toddler bed will help with the space of the room because they have to fit all the beds in one room.

The family of 6 sleeps in one bedroom; for safe sleep, they need a twin bunk bed with a frame and mattress for the 6-year-old and the 4-year-old. They need a bunk bed to be able to fit all beds in one room.

A young mom and her 3 boys ages 1,2,3 are fleeing domestic violence and have been living in a hotel for the last three weeks. They move in their new apartment 6/7/25, mom has nothing for the apartment. They are in need of beds, bedding, furniture and any other necessities to get them started.

A family been reunified and have moved into their own home and need assistance with a few things for their new home.

We are preparing for a kinship placement with grandparent. Child has been separated from her and his sibling for about 4 years and we are ready for reunification. The child is 13 years old and likes the color blue.

Family of 10 (2 adults 8 children) is in desperate need of a multi-seat stroller that could accommodate three children. Mother has 3 children under 5 with primary medical needs that requires her to transport them to the hospital frequently. Mom is currently unemployed and does not have the financial means to purchase one. In order for children to be taken to the hospital for medical emergencies, father must take off of work thus reducing his income while mom stays home with the remaining children. Children are 10 month old weighing 16 lbs, 1 year old weighing about 20 lbs, and 5 year old weighing 55 lbs.

This mother has 4 children ranging from 1-12. Her 12 year-old has mental health diagnoses and is going through a tough stage where mom is a bit overwhelmed with trying to watch after her 12-year-old and keep them safe, while also tending to her other 3 young children as well. We are wanting her to install door alarms to her front, back, garage, and 12-year-old's door. We have witnessed the chaos that is in the home and children running outside without mom even knowing. Having the door alarms will ensure safety for all the children and help alert caregivers for when any doors are opened.

A 12 year old boy is needing a baseball bat when he starts baseball camp this summer. This child has been looking forward to baseball camp for a long time and support with getting a bat will help him out. We are needing help with getting the Victus Pencil Bat (black colored), size 30-31 for his age and size. This type of bat is needed for this baseball camp. The placement is committed to getting the rest of the gear however needing help with the bat, which is the last thing this child needs for baseball camp.

A family is in need of a crib frame and crib mattress for a one-year-old child. The child has grown too big for her basinet and is in need of her own safe space to sleep. The father is hard working and works full time to support his family, but due to other pressing needs, he is not able to afford a crib at this time.

We are planning to close this case but if a crib is received, it will still be delivered to the family.

The mother and father are struggling at this time, with providing proper care for their children. Although, they have tried to reach out to several agencies for help. Upon visiting with the family, they are in dire need of help with repairing their toilet. They have tried several ways to repair their toilet. They have tried to get the toilet unclogged but after so many months, the toilet reverts back to the same problems. The home is rented by the family but in the lease, the renters have sole responsibilities of repairing any damages to the home. At this time, the parents are unable to pay for new toilet. The family will also need an installment of the toilet.

The family recently moved to Dallas, and they are living in a hotel room. The hotel room doesn't have good ventilation and it's causing air Quilty issues. They are a one income household. Mom does keep the room clean. She is currently savings up to move out of the hotel, but this request would help with the temporary placement she has now for her and her daughter.

I have a mom who has three children and barely makes minimum wage on her job. She is in need of beds for her six- and two-year-old daughters. They are currently sleeping on an air mattress.
