Help Improve a Child's Wellbeing
We have a youth that is in care that is in need of clothing items that fit her. She has recently gone through a growth spurt and although she has a few outfits, the majority of her clothing no longer fits. She is in need of shirts, pants/shorts, and undergarments. This request will help support the youth in helping increase her self-image when she moves to a new foster home.

Help Improve a Child's Wellbeing
We have a youth that reentered care recently after a failed permanent guardianship. The child returned to the office without appropriate clothing. She did have a few outfits that fit but otherwise she is in need of clothing items that properly fit, and she can be confident in around her peers and while going to events such as church.

Help Make a Foster Care Placement
Sibling group of four are in need of four beds. They are relocating from their foster homes in California (they are all in separate placements) and being placed with relatives in Alachua County where they can finally all be together. The relatives that are taking them in recently had a new baby and are trying to make accommodations to be able to accept the sibling group.

To best accommodate their living environments, the Caregivers would prefer one bunk bed (twin over twin) and two separate twin beds.

Help Improve a Child's Wellbeing
A single mother reunified with her six children - ages 6 months to 13. The mother has reapplied for food assistance, but she will not get funds until 06.26.2025. The GAL provided a $200 gift card to Wal-Mart yesterday, but that will not provide groceries for the month. Any gift cards to Wal-Mart to assist with food would be greatly appreciated.

Help Preserve a Foster Care Placement
A dedicated caregiver currently caring for three young children through a DCF placement is in need of support. Due to the unique nature of this placement, she is not receiving supplemental financial assistance and is doing her best to meet the children’s needs on her own.
This request is for summer clothing and diapers to help ease the burden. The children include a 7-month-old boy (wearing 12-month size), a 4-year-old boy (sizes 5–6), and a 2-year-old girl (sizes 2T–3T). Diapers are also needed in size 5.
Helping to meet this need will directly bless this caregiver and provide comfort and stability for the children in her care during the summer season.

Help Make a Kinship Placement
This single father has taken in 5 additional children, ages 6-12, to care for them until they are able to return home to their parents. The caregiver is very open minded and appreciative of all the help he can get. His goal is to make sure the children are comfortable in his home, happy and have everything they need to make this a great placement for the sibling party. I'm requesting help with groceries to assist the family until we can get this home level 1 licensed.

Help Prevent a Child From Entering Foster Care
We have a caregiver with his own teenage children accepted 5 children into his home (ages range 6-12), to prevent this from being separated and entering into foster care. The caregiver has 3 bedroom and 4 of the children are currently sleeping on the floor in the living room. I'm requesting 5 large twin size beds with (rales, box spring, pillows mattress and comforter sets-4 boys and 1 girl). The caregiver did not ask for help, but I'm also asking for gift cards for groceries to help supplement this single father (now 7 children), until he's licensed as a level 1 caregiver. I'm asking for this need to be met as quickly as possible as I can't license this home without beds for the children. Thank you in advance!!!!!!

Help Reunify a Bio Family
A determined and loving mother is working tirelessly toward reunifying with her 14-year-old son, who is developmentally delayed and deeply misses being home with his mom. Over the past several months, this mother has poured everything she has—time, energy, and limited resources—into repairing and preparing her home to meet the standards required for reunification. She’s patched walls, fixed plumbing, and saved every extra dollar to make her house a safe and welcoming space for her son. But there’s one last hurdle she can’t overcome alone: her front door.
The current door is damaged and unsafe, and until it is replaced, her home cannot be approved for her son’s return. She’s done all she can on her own, but the cost of a new door and professional installation is simply beyond her means. What she needs now is a village—a caring church or community group—to come alongside her and help her over this final step.
Providing this door is more than just a home repair—it’s the key to reuniting a mother and her son. It’s the opportunity to give a young boy with special needs the comfort and stability of home, and to show this mother that she is not alone in her fight to rebuild her family. If your church or group can help with a door and installation, or would like to wrap around this mom with encouragement and support, it could truly change their lives.
