A single mother of four children is in need of bedding for her children. Client was able to get stable housing for her and her children two months ago and beds but not bedding for them. Client is in need of a twin bedding set and a full-size bedding set. Client is also in need of a shelving organizer and bathroom shelf organizer. Client wants to provide a safe and less cluttered space for her children. Due to client’s limited income, she is not able to provide necessary items for her children. Client currently is not able to work due to her mental health. Client is eager to work on her mental health to be able to return to work. Client is currently working with Case Manager on her resume and preparing for a better future for her and her children. Client states she is fortunate if anyone can help. I have attached the link in the notes section.

We have a young, single mother of 3 children (ages 1, 4 and 5). She is experiencing unstable housing and financial stress. The mother is a victim of domestic violence and is trying to keep her children sheltered and safe from harm. The mother has been residing with the maternal grandmother in a single unit apartment with the children. The MGM put the mother and children out on yesterday and stole the mother’s food stamps from her EBT card. The mother is not able to purchase any food for herself and the children. She was able to get a room in Hollywood through PATH and is awaiting placement in a DV shelter. DCFS and the agencies involved with this family are working tirelessly to find a residence the mother and children. The mother can be reached on her cell phone and the CSW is able to correspond with the mother accordingly. We are hoping that a donor will pick up this request and provide the family with a $300.00 grocery gift card or purchase food for the family so that the mother and children do not go hungry.

We have a mother who has a six-month old baby that is teething. The mother is very resilient and is thriving with all of her programs she is involved in. She is a domestic violence survivor and is using her experience to build and grow within her life. She is in therapy to address the concerns that brought her family to the attention of the Department. She is a domestic violence survivor. She is a good mother who truly cares for her daughter. During our meetings the baby is always smiling and giggling. Recently, the baby began teething and is in need of hypoallergenic-silicon weaning cups, baby spoons, feeding set, and food making system (NutriBullet). I am in hopes that some of these items can possibly make it to her.

This a grandmother caring for her 2yrs granddaughter and grandson 7yrs and 10yrs who are under DCFS, with her fixed income and the coast of living so high ,recently her care was in a hit and run when it was in parked, and since there was no witnessed the insurance would not cover the repairs, and being the only care she needed. she stated this really set me back financially,
My stove needs replacing. Only 2 burners are working. The refrigerator is freezing all the food they tried fixing it. They said it needed to be replaced.all my veggies and fruits got spoiled. I am sol provider and can”t afford to cove this two items

Caregivers wife 55 and husband 57, Are caring for two siblings boy age 15 and sister age 5, They are in Foster care under NUFRM placement. The little girl has Alcohol syndrome and was sexually abused. She has severe behavioral issues; she takes off clothes and urinates and defecates all over the house she thinks is funny and does it also when she does not get her way. they need to replace their sofa They need a new twin bed for her and a couple of protectors The boy is an amazing child. He just had a birthday and is doing well in school and therapy. He has had to experience a lot of abuse by stepfather (sister Dad). He needs a laptop for school. The family has limited funds, are not able to buy one for him that's what he wanted for his 15 b-day gift and was understanding they could cover that expense because only Husband works because of the extreme supervision the 5 year requires and services and medication she takes.

Caregiver age 57 she fell and broke her arm and was unable to work for a few weeks, and is going through a divorce is caring for her 1 nieces age 13 and nephew 10 under Foster care. She also has a daughter 17 and son 25 who help her alot with kids and house chores. She needs a stove. 3 burners are not working, only one burner is working. The three of the kids need their twin mattresses to be replaced. They are soft and uncomfortable and old.

A couple made up of wife and wife raising 2 girls age 12 and 1 boy age 10 who can to them from DCFS due to neglect they are such amazing mothers who work hard to care for these three children, they are thriving with mental health service in place and the love and patience both of them provide. There is Stove just started to leak gas and need one ASAP and their dishwasher was leaking and couldn't get fixed they took it out to air out water leek and haven't had money to replace it, they are hoping we can help replace these two items. This family are afrade that DCFS will pull the kids out because they don't have the Basics appliances required by RFA

The family is currently in dire need of gift cards (food4less or target) and a stroller for the one-month-old. Mother recently separated from the father of her youngest child who was their sole provider. In addition, mother is in need of a stroller for the infant and the purchase of a prepaid phone, as she was on a plan with father who is no longer in the home and providing support to the family.

This is an emergency situation involving two minors who were detained and placed with their paternal aunt. A previous request was made for bunk beds and two dressers. While one dresser has been received, an additional dresser is still needed to ensure both children have adequate storage space.

The paternal aunt continues to need support in providing a stable home environment.

This request is on behalf of a determined and resilient 35-year-old single mother with four children, ages 12, 9, 5, and a 4-month-old infant. Demonstrating remarkable courage and initiative, she recently secured employment in Las Vegas and is taking a bold step toward a brighter future for her family by relocating to begin this new chapter. Until now, the family has been living with the client’s parents in a shared household. With the support of loved ones and her own drive to improve her circumstances, she has secured a two-bedroom apartment in Las Vegas and will be moving before the end of May. However, because they’ve been staying with relatives, the family currently does not own any beds or bedding essentials. To help them make a successful transition and ensure the children have a comfortable and safe place to sleep, we are requesting support for: One bunk bed, One full-size bed, Bedding items including sheets, comforters, and pillows. This support will help alleviate some of the initial financial burden of relocating and allow the mother to focus on settling in and building stability for her children. Your assistance will provide not just furniture, but a foundation of comfort, dignity, and hope during this critical time. The caregiver is a aunt who adopted 4 nephews raging 4-17 she is single and is over whelmed Two of the boys 17 yr and 4 yr and the other 2 have behavior issues, i did a Home visit to help with connected to IHSS and called Adoption Assistance Payments to connect Wrap around services, For the other 2 boys and I noticed they only have a love seat not in a good condition and use there dining table chairs to see TV. I was hoping you could help this family with a new couch set so they can all set comfortable and relaxed, she is not able to work full time and funds a limited.

Please help strengthen a biofamily led by the mother. The mother was a victim of severe domestic violence where she felt trapped in her own home. Mother was spied on and threatened that if she disclosed the domestic violence that she was enduring, she and the children would be killed. When mother found the opportunity to leave that situation, she had to do it promptly and without any preparation. Mother and her three children left the home with only the clothes on their back. The sudden decision was made as mother believed it was the only way to save her self and the children.

This family would really benefit from some gift cards for clothing for herself.
