She was removed from her birth mother as a minor and has been in foster care since 2019 when there were allegations of general neglect and mother was intoxicated in Los Angeles County. This young lady is trying her hardest to carve a better future for her child by attending school and trying to better her circumstances. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

This birth father has worked hard to reunify with his two very young children. He successfully completed all required case plan activities and is ready to be a single father. The court agreed with this and placed the children back into his care full time this week. The father's youngest child (boy) is 1 1/2 years old and is special needs, which requires multiple ongoing medical appointments and therapy. The father will need a car seat to assist with transportation to and from these appointments. Therefore an infant car seat is being requested on his behalf. The father is very grateful and has declined any other needs as he was able to get a car seat for his daughter (age 2 1/2) and a double stroller for them. He is very humble and knows he has to be there for his young children since they have been in foster care for over a year. He is dedicating his full attention to their needs and will be a stay at home father until they are school aged.

This request is for 19 year old foster youth who is in need of a longer bed due to his large stature. He is 6'3" tall and has outgrown his twin bed. He is a resilient youth who was living a transient lifestyle with his mom and siblings due to his mother's unresolved history of substance abuse. He has little outside support but identifies his former foster parents and the social worker as lifelong connections and they are able to attend his football games and encourage him. He is now learning independent living skills and moved into a transitional housing program located in Los Angeles County.

Hello, I have a 17 year old, male, who would love to spend his Christmas break with his older brother and extended family in Minnesota. Child has not seen his older brother in years and would really like to go. This child's goal is to age out in May 2024 when he graduates high school. Child's plan is to age out and move to Minnesota where his older brother will be able to be a huge support to him and help guide him as he navigates adulthood. Spending his winterbreak with his family would be a great opportunity for them to strengthen their bond and spend time together before child's next big step of aging out. Any help towards a round trip airplane ticket would be much appreciated. Thank you!
