A local dad is going through a difficult divorce and is determined to remain a consistent and loving presence in his children’s lives. He has taken a big step by securing his own place to live so that his children can have a safe and stable environment when they are with him. However, he needs help furnishing the new home to accommodate his kids.

A newly licensed foster parent—just three months into her journey—has opened her home to two young children in need: a boy who just turned 4 and a little girl who just turned 3. These precious siblings were recently removed from a heartbreaking living situation where they were staying in a shed. The caregiver is doing everything she can to provide a safe, nurturing environment, but she needs our help with essential items. She is in need of size 4 diapers for the boy and size 2T–3T pull-ups or training pants for the little girl.

Clay County Children's Division frequently works with families who do not have transportation, but they need to get their children to the hospital, to forensic interviews, or to other vital appointments. These appointments are often unplanned and urgent. We are requesting 5 $50 Uber cards to have available when these unexpected needs arise.

We would like assistance with a single mother who has three children, 11. 8 and 5 years old. She has been the victim of a fire in her last residence, which has lett her with pretty much nothing. She is working, and is residing currently in Waxahachie Housing Aurhority. She needs one complete twin bed for one of her daughers, and a full box spring for her son. She really would love a church to walk alongside her. She needs love and support right now, as she tries to get her life together for her and her children. If you can help, you would be making a huge difference in this mother's life.

This resilient mother with three daughters one who is special needs and nonverbal. She is a stay-at-home mom who cares for her children as well as her elderly mother. Recently, she has encountered an urgent situation; her mother requires a wheelchair to move around more comfortably. The family just had a newborn and is needing a bed, parents are currently sleeping on air mattress.

My kin caregiver is currently caring for her (2) 19-year-old great nephews who arrived separately in 2006 and 2019. She has since adopted her great nephew who arrived as a 6-month-old infant in 2006 and currently cares for her great nephew who was placed with her at 14 years old in 2019. The great aunt lives on a fixed income and serves as the sole provider to her household of three. Recently, a large split began forming on the family’s dining room table from wear-and-tear and the table has started to wabble. As a result, the table no longer provides a safe, stable place for her nephews to eat their meals. Additionally, an ergonomic, adjustable computer chair is needed for her great nephews’ bedroom, as their current computer chair has incurred significant wear-and-tear. Due to her limited resources, along with recent economic hardships, replacing these items poses a significant challenge for my kin caregiver. Assisting her with a dining table (approximately 56.25” length x 36” width x 36” height) and an ergonomic, adjustable computer chair would not only ensure that her great nephews have a comfortable place to enjoy their meals and entertain themselves in their downtime, but would also enable them to bond with one another.

Single mother of 2 young children with a baby due in June. She was homeless but was able to move into housing and keep her children with her. She is in need of 2 car seats for her kids, currently she is unable to drive because she cannot afford car seats. She is a great mom that has worked hard to give her kids a new life but now she needs to make sure she is able to transport them safely. Here are the links to the type of car seat she is needing. These kids have experienced a hard life, and we would love to see them thrive and feel safe and this is a great start to aid in supporting them. A resilient mother of five who has recently won her trial and is actively working toward full reunification with her children. She is a survivor of domestic violence and has just secured safe and stable housing in Homestead, Florida. To support her transition and provide a nurturing home environment for her children, Allison is in need of a crib, a bunk bed (preferably with steps for safety), and a TV. Your support will help this mother create a safe and welcoming space for her family as they reunify.

Young woman who just aged out of foster care and moved into her own place is needing a few items to get started in her new place. specifically needing a microwave to have in her kitchen. Thanks for the much needed support!

We have a young mom in our program who recently aged out of foster care and is also working hard to reunify with her toddler son who is currently in foster care. When she moved into her apartment she was given some handy down furniture, however, there have been concerns that the furniture isn't safe. She would like to get a new (or used) couch that is safe for her toddling 1 year old.
