Mother and 4 children, (16 year old boy, 13 year old gird and 7 year old twins boy and girl) are living in a hotel room and in need of food as soon as possible.

A female child was removed from parental care and placed with paternal grandparents. The grandparents could benefit from a bed frame, mattress, pillow, and blankets for the child. The grandparents also have care of their three other grandchildren. The child remaining in the care of her grandparents would allow her to maintain a placement where she can see her siblings and cousin on a regular basis as they also reside in the home. The child came to grandparents from Georgia and does not have a lot of personal items due to this.

Family of 9 is in need of groceries! They have exhausted the food pantries except for the Community Food club which has a waiting list. They are out of milk and have young children. Mom is also pregnant. One dad has been deported. The other father is barely involved. A gift card to a local store would work best.

A grand father has unexpectantly been left to care for his newborn grandson. His daughter, the child's mother, experienced medical complications around the delivery and is still hospitalized in a coma. The grandfather has had to take time off work to care for the child and to make trips to Pittsburg to be with his daughter as she was transferred to a hospital there due to her medical needs. This loss of wages has but a financial strain on the grandfather and the trips to Pittsburg are compounding the strain with increased expenses for fuel.

Hello, seeking a hot water heater and installation for a young family in the community. This single father of four boys has not hot water in the home for an extensive time, due to the hot water heater system going out. The family owns the home, though has recently completed other expensive home repairs. The family currently utilizes their neighbor's water, though obtaining a new hot water heater would help increase this family's independence and home safety. Thank you!

Bio mom of 5 children just started new job after missing 7 months of work due to her young son's behavioral issues at school. He is now been diagnosed with ADHD and ODD and is receiving the help he needs. As a result of missing so much work, she is behind on some critical bills. She needs to pay $265 for a title loan on her car to prevent repossession. She also needs to pay the West End Center $280 for them to keep her kid for the summer so she can work. She is also requesting a Wal-Mart gift card to buy her kids swim trunks and shoes for their daycare as well as toiletry and household items needed.

One of our own church members who is elderly and disabled is seeking assistance with creating a new home in an apartment. She is needing some basic needs to furnish her home. Some people have already donated a couch, bed, dresser and blender. She is needing the following items: TV (24-32"), TV stand, dining room table and chairs, dinnerware set, vacuum cleaner, pots and pans, microwave oven, set of bathroom towels (bath, washcloth, hand towel), shower curtain, queen-sized bedding set, and kitchen towels. She will be moving to her new apartment later in June.
