This family is just coming from homelessness because of a housefire but just got moved into their new home! I'm so excited for them as its a big step for this family. The mother who is disabled has been working so hard at getting everything together for there new home and could use a little love and support from her community in getting a two bed sets for her and her child. There are two placement children in household currently in need of one twin bed for our dependency kids. It is for securing placement with a relative.

Mother and Children need assistance with laundry detergent, baby wipes, cleaning products, hygiene products, and any food is always needed. To better support the family in ensuring the children's overall well-being, the mother will be able to clean and maintain the home environment, addressing any potential hazards or concerns. She is currently feeling overwhelmed, and this support will help alleviate her stress and anxiety. It will also enable her to more efficiently care for her autistic son, including timely diaper changes. Due to limited financial resources, the mother also struggles to afford groceries, making additional assistance especially important. The mother is the primary caregiver for a child with Down syndrome who requires constant one-on-one attention, supervision, and emotional support. She also cares for a teenager experiencing significant mental health challenges. Due to the intensive needs of both children, the mother has had to remain at home full-time to ensure their safety and well-being, which has resulted in a substantial reduction in the family’s income. As a result, the father is the sole income earner, and the household struggles to meet basic needs. Despite their financial strain, the parents do not qualify for Medicaid or food assistance programs such as Medicaid and/or Food Stamps.

9 years old girl placed with a Non Relative Kinship (NRKIN) Placement and has been with the family since April. The family has been such a big support to her and her older brother, also in foster care with the family, and that support has included meeting their needs along with the family's three biological children.

To ensure she remains active during the summer and continues to have a normal as possible childhood, the family paid $95 for a summer pool pass for Youngs Pool in Overland Park, Kansas. She enjoys swimming and the family would appreciate any monetary support for her access to the pool.

The family is only receiving $17.64 for her and her brother daily until they are fully licensed with DCF, which may not be for a another month. Unexpectedly becoming a foster parent, along with three biological children, is incredibly difficult and demanding so any assistance to provide support to this family is greatly appreciated.

A father has recently been reunified with his teenaged son. The father has an apartment with a separate room for the child. the father has purchased a bed but at this time cannot afford a dresser, end stand, or a desk which the child needs for school work. Providing these items will relieve some stress off the family and help strengthen the family. The dresser, end stand, and desk will give the child a sense of belonging and give him something he can call his. By fulfilling this need it will help strengthen the family and help them rebuild their relationship.

A single mom in Cannon Falls is requesting assistance to replace a window in her trailer home. She already has a new window to install.

Mom has a child on the spectrum, so it is hard to find good day care. She is home with the kids until she can get services. That being the case, a kitchen table will help for the family's meals and for the kids to sit at and do activities. It will help the apartment to feel more like home. ALL THE ITEMS NEEDED ARE AVAILABLE FROM RISE CHURCH CP INVENTORY. NO FURTHER DONATIONS ARE NEEDED.

A lady in a senior housing complex is in need of furniture and dishes for her apartment. She only has a bed and a tv. She is in need of dishes, sofa, table with chairs.

A mom at the apartments where we serve is in need of a bed. She has been having major issues with her back due to sleeping on her sofa. She does not work and cares for her disabled son. She is in need of a bed and dresser. Anything you can do to assist will be greatly appreciated.

A member of our church is in need of assistance with his family's utility bill. This family has 6 children all under the age of 12. Both parents are employed and hardworking. Meeting this need will help alleviate this church family from this financial burden!
