The client is currently experiencing significant emotional distress, stemming from the loss of three close family members in 2024, including her grandmother and two aunts. Additionally, her uncle has been diagnosed with cancer, contributing to ongoing emotional strain. The client is not currently employed, as she is prioritizing getting her children into school. Despite these challenges, the client is thankful for the support and is seeking assistance to meet her children's basic needs through the Care Portal case management services. These services will help provide essential items for her children, such as baby clothes, food, and other necessary supplies, alleviating the stress she is facing while managing her family’s situation. Items needed as follows: baby toys, a baby swing, wipes, diapers, clothes, toddler toys, baby food, a rattle, and a flow mat. *****NOTE: “This request is being submitted by Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County on behalf of the client.
