Story
The mother is a single mother to 2 children who have severe mental health diagnosis. The father passed away a few years ago, but the mother went through domestic violence with him. She doesn't have family in south florida. Due to the children's mental health diagnosis/size she is unable to discipline them. The oldest child has broken her windshield while she was driving out of anger. The mother is in need of financial assistance. Even though she cooks, if the children want something else, they won't eat the food the mom made and will throw severe tantrums. For example, if the youngest child wants wawa burger, and the mom doesn't get it for her because she couldn't afford it, the child will throw herself on the floor, urinate on herself, bite, etc.
