We have recently placed our first medically complex child with these amazing traditional (level 2) foster parents. They are needing some assistance to make this placement go as smoothly as possible. The child has type 2 diabetes and an autism diagnosis. He was placed with a family in Duval County, but they are now unfortunately moving to Colorado. He needed to be placed quickly in a home equipped to handle his needs. We are so grateful this St. John's family stepped up in time and did all the necessary things for him to be placed with them. We are working with CMS for additional funding, but this takes time. He enjoys Roblox and his favorite color is blue. We are mainly asking for socks (size 4), kids' sandals or slides for the summer (size 4 kids), lightweight pajamas (size 8/10M), and some Minecraft and or Roblox toys (if possible) the toys are not a need but if anyone has extra around, he would love them!

Single mother of three, moving into Transitional Housing in Sarasota Salvation Army just found out she needed kitchen supplies (dishes and pots and pans), along with cleaning and laundry supplies. Mother is also requesting an additional gas card in the amount of 25.00, as she will be driving back and forth to work in Palmetto.

For the preservation of placement for a child age 12, placed with relatives, the caregiver could benefit from a gift card to help buy groceries for the child. The child is a 5th child now in their home. They are family and want to help for as long as they can. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Mother expecting 2nd child on 5/23. This child’s father is not involved, although has support from 1st child FOB. Both unemployed and without finances to put towards listed items. This mother was recently enrolled in our program for her 2nd child, although we did have her 5 years ago when her 1st child was born. Since our initial enrollment, this mother has shown much growth in her recovery and mental health. We have provided other resources in the community, although family has not been successful in obtaining these items. Any assistance available would be beneficial to this family- thank you!

We are reaching out on behalf of a three person family, where the single mother just lost her job as a secuirty guard and can no longer afford rent and utility bills. After she lost her job, times got hard and can no longer afford rent, along with gas and power bills. This single mother has submitted her application and applied to numerous companies, but is still waiting to hear back. Her landlord gave her until Thursday, May 15th to pay her rent and really needs assistance. We can accept a donation through the Agape Youth and Family website. Any help would be deeply appreciated as they navigate this difficult period.

Currently we have a single mother who is caring for her infant daughter who is 2 months old. The mother is unemployed at the moment. The mother is in need of a crib, crib mattress, crib mattress protector, crib sheets and a dresser for her baby girl.

Mom recently had emergency gallbladder surgery and has been unable to work the last couple of weeks. She is currently residing in a sober living facility receiving treatment and attend the Fresh Hope program in hopes of reunited with her children. Grandma is watching the children while mom does the hard work of recovery.

Due to mom's gallbladder surgery she is behind on her sober living facility rent and needs to catch up. She needs to pay two weeks rent to catch up and get back on her feet. Please help this mom who is doing the work to reunite with her family.

Please consider helping a single mom and her 2 year old daughter here in our Scottsville community. They are in need of a refrigerator as theirs went out and now they do not have one. This would help them keep cold food instead of just shelf food for meals. This single mom works multiple jobs including an in-home bakery. Appliances are very expensive and finances are tight for her. Not only would this help with their food but it would also help her continue her business and the flow of income.

We have contacted Doug's Maytag in Scottsville and they have a new Amana for $667 or a new Whirlpool for $754. There is a $79 delivery fee and they will remove and dispose of the old one for her.

2 senior individuals with disabilities were placed in protective custody due to living conditions exploitation sexual and physical abuse. We are asking for help with community resources that may be able to assist these 2 elderly disabled individuals with mentorship, gift cards for local fastfood due to where they were placed they only have access to a microwave. Any financial assistance would greatly be appreciated to ensure securement of their room at motel until further placement arrangements can be made. What we are needing is..

1. Financial assistance for motel for approx. 1 month and transportation
2. Resources for food,clothing,mentorship transportation,housing
3. fast food gift cards so these 2 individuals can have at least 1 hot meal.
