A is a 20 year old and was moved from his foster home of 9 years into an adult group home. He is graduating from High School on May 15th, 2025. A is lower functioning and enjoys playing with hot wheels, LEGOS and watch Transformers on TV. He is currently having issues being in his new place since he does not have a TV to watch. He moved into an adult group home and they state they are not able to help get him a TV. Any consideration to provide A wit a new/gently used smart tv would greatly be appreciated.

Hello, I have a single mom of 6 children. This family just obtained permanent housing, however, they are in need of beds for the 6 children.

I have a young lady ct just out of jail about 2 week ago trying to find and job and living with her parents whom also have guardianship of her kids right now. My ct doesn't have the best relationships with her parents that have her kids but she is trying to help them and help with her kids. The parents have exhausted there money on her lawyer expenses and need huge help with rent (like I have already ask for) but also there are things in the home that were neglected. My ct in her parents house needs a new microwave there is working but sometimes sparks on things. My ct needs queen bedding for her bed. The kid (2) of them dont have a dresser for their clothing. My Ct has been storing all kids toys and books in a storage tote cause they need a toy box for toys and a bookcase for the books that she wants to read to them. For her toddler they need a new playpen and the daughter has been breaking their current one and then for the son she needs toddler bedding for him too. It has been a struggle for a such a younger girl in her 20s to raise 2 children with no child support yet from the father and did for a while have her own struggles with drugs but is now trying to make it better. An expectant mother is in need of basic items for a newborn due later this month (May). The mother's community health coach requested an infant car seat, diapers, wipes. These items will allow the child safe transport and will supply the baby's diapering needs for a few weeks. We still need funds for the CARSEAT, WIPES, and DIAPERS. We are celebrating Foster Care Awareness / Appreciation month by hosting a FREE POOL PARTY at River Country Water Parks in Muskogee Oklahoma. We will be inviting current foster and adoptive families from 10+ counties surrounding the Muskogee area to attend. In addition to the pool party, we will be offering information to families of local resources and churches that they can connect with as well as dates for summer activities for VBS and children / youth camps that churches are participating in and inviting children to come to.

The party will be Saturday, May 31st from 6:30-8:30pm with capacity being roughly 700-800 individuals. We will have an RSVP process for the families. We are asking for our networking churches to contribute to the cost of renting the water facility out - $1,200. Any amount helps! A church member has a college student, at New River Community College, in a class that is currently homeless along with his father. His father broke both his arms in a work accident due to faulty equipment. Since he is unable to work and the company has put a hold on workers compensation until July they are in need of assistance. The father is unable to work at least until he has surgery on both arms. Their current needs are food and gas for him to get back and forth to work and school. They have temporary housing with family but will need assistance with this need in the near future. If you can help or have any questions you can reach out to Austin Phillips.

The school has been working with a mom who was reunified with her children about a year ago. As a single parent she has needed extra support in keeping up with all of her kiddos and their needs. They've recently been accepted to move into a more affordable home at the beginning of June but they had to move out of their current place earlier than that. They are in need of a hotel room to hold them over until their rental is ready for move in. (The landlords are actually from MP!) The hotel is $84/night and we are hoping to cover 5 nights. There are several other churches claiming other nights as well!
