This family needs rent assistance. There are 4 children living in the home. A 15-year-old male, an 11-year-old male, a 4-year-old male, and a 2-year-old female. Due to an unprecedented incident occurring in the home, FOC lost his job and lost a week of work. MOC stays at home to care for the children. Their rent is due on the 10th of each month.

the child grandparents are very loving grandparents who want nothing but the best for their grandson but with all the misfortune that the child has lived and grew up in has really had a bad affect on his self esteem where his grades in school are below average and he barely has any friends because of this. the child is does not want to join any summer camps because of his low self esteem issues. The grandparents are retired and live on a tight budget.

The child is 13 years old and not into any sports but would really like to have a bike so he can ride around to stores during his summer vacation and a Laptop so he can do online tutoring to get his grades up so when he goes back to school he can feel better about himself. I know that this is a tall order but anything that can help the child with his his self esteem is worth any efforts.

This family is comprised of a struggling single mother with two young children, an infant and a toddler. They reside with a grandmother. Mom does not work and financial resources are very limited. We are serving the family through Parents as Teachers. We are working to get the parent connected with area resources; however, in the interim the family is in need of formula for the infant. If anyone is able to help with a donation formula in the interim, it would be greatly appreciated.

The family is taking care of four children while the mother is in rehab. They are in need of a toddler bed for the three year old. She is currently sharing a bed with her sister and they are living with their grandparents whom are on disability but are taking care of the children while their mother is working steps.

This is a request from RestoreOKC. We have an family in need of help getting their tag and registration paid for. The mother has been paying all the bills on her own while also providing for her child due to her significant other in between jobs. Her significant other did finally get a job but the first paycheck had to go to paying rent for the month of May this week and then they have to turn around and pay the month of June next week. They finally got themselves a car so they can work more hours and are needing help with tag and registration which will equal to about $450. Anything helps and thank you in advance!

Dear Team Sherry, this is our final update! Sherry, Kaya, and Kennedy are packing and preparing for the big move at the end of June. Kaya and Kennedy will move into their grandfather’s home in Yorba Linda and commute to Saddleback College. Kennedy graduated high school, got her permit, and will have her license soon. Kaya is carefully planning her transfer to Fullerton College in another year. Cameron remains in New York and is doing well. Sherry will be moving to Nevada to live with a longtime friend. It’s an emotional shift after many years living together, but this past year has been a gift. Thanks to your support, Sherry provided a stable home, helped Cameron begin a new path, supported Kaya’s growth, and celebrated Kennedy’s graduation all in their family home. While the family will no longer live together, they’re ending this chapter with something meaningful: Sherry, Kaya, and Kennedy will all serve as volunteers at Royal Family Kids Camp in late June. It’s a full-circle moment, as giving back to other foster families has always been a passion of theirs. Sherry says this year has been nothing short of a gift from God and that your generosity and prayers was the conduit of that blessing. The client is seeking assistance with her South Central Power bill, which is scheduled for disconnection on June 3, 2025, due to a past-due balance of $349.60. She is able to contribute $100 toward the amount owed.

The client recently experienced significant hardship, including a divorce followed by a car accident that was not her fault. As a result, she was temporarily unable to work and fell behind on her bills. She has since returned to full-time employment and now has a sustainable income.

Given her current circumstances and demonstrated effort toward self-sufficiency, she has been referred to InterFaith for possible assistance.
