Many of our patients are parents of growing toddlers who have outgrown smaller diaper sizes. Size 4 and 5 diapers are in high demand and often run out quickly, yet they’re essential for keeping older babies clean, healthy, and comfortable. Mother is a single parent with two children ages 6 and 9. The youngest child is diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. He is receiving regional center care and mother is trying to get home ABA hours and at home assistance. Mother informed CSW she does not receive any support from the father. Mother stated they are currently going through mediation with family court. Mother works three jobs and indicated it is still not enough to pay rent and take care of her children necessities. Mother is 27 years old. Mother lives on her own in a one bedroom apartment with her two children. Mother mentioned she continued to get denied for EBT. Mother is struggling and is open to receiving anything that can help her and her family, like groceries, essentials and necessities for the children such as clothing, shoes, school supplies, food. Mother is on social security and father works full-time. The child has SoonerCare but has maxed out the limit on eyecare for this year. Child is needing her glasses replaced due to being broke. They have six (6) children in the home which creates a financial hardship for the family making it difficult to purchase new eyeglasses. The child needs glasses to help with schoolwork and day-to-day life. Mom did get a quote from the eye doctor for $161.50 to replace the glasses.

I have a 41-year-old mother who is the sole provider for her family, which includes her husband (who has medical issues), an adult child currently in college, and a younger child with autism. The family is going through very difficult times. The mother has exhausted all her leave hours from work due to the need to care for her autistic child, adding to the family’s financial and emotional stress.

They live in a small two-bedroom apartment and are doing their best with limited resources. Their couch, which the children alternate sleeping on due to space constraints, is old, broken, and extremely worn. Unfortunately, they cannot afford a new one. They are also in need of basic essentials like laundry detergent.

We are kindly requesting assistance for a couch and laundry supplies. These items would make a meaningful difference in helping the children get proper rest and maintain clean clothing.

Single mother raising her three children ages 11, 12 and 7 needs support to pay light utility bill. Due to unforeseen circumstances, she has fallen behind on her utility bill and is at risk of disconnection. Mom is caring for her children and doing her best to make ends meet. Despite her efforts, her current income is not enough to cover all her essential expenses this month. She is seeking assistance to help pay a past-due utility bill of $85.00 to ensure her family can maintain access to electricity, heat and food. Assisting this mom with this month will get her back on track.

a single mother without job has twin girls and she is struggling with the situation. One of the more important things in this moment for this mom is about diapers, she needs a lot of them because she has twins, and helping with this can her some relief in her economic situation. Her babies are 9 months and she needs 2 pack of 50 or more. if you help with this you prevent any bad situation for this mom and her twins

An expectant mother is in need of basic items for a newborn due later this month (May). The mother's community health coach requested an infant car seat, diapers, wipes. These items will allow the child safe transport and will supply the baby's diapering needs for a few weeks. We still need funds for the CARSEAT, WIPES, and DIAPERS. We are celebrating Foster Care Awareness / Appreciation month by hosting a FREE POOL PARTY at River Country Water Parks in Muskogee Oklahoma. We will be inviting current foster and adoptive families from 10+ counties surrounding the Muskogee area to attend. In addition to the pool party, we will be offering information to families of local resources and churches that they can connect with as well as dates for summer activities for VBS and children / youth camps that churches are participating in and inviting children to come to.

The party will be Saturday, May 31st from 6:30-8:30pm with capacity being roughly 700-800 individuals. We will have an RSVP process for the families. We are asking for our networking churches to contribute to the cost of renting the water facility out - $1,200. Any amount helps! We have a beautiful family that arrived here a few years ago from Afghanistan. often the women have to take the children with to stores and other places. this women just had another child and a double stroller to help with a newborn and a 2 year old would be a huge blessing! we give gently used, clean ones - or you could purchase one. t

A church member has a college student, at New River Community College, in a class that is currently homeless along with his father. His father broke both his arms in a work accident due to faulty equipment. Since he is unable to work and the company has put a hold on workers compensation until July they are in need of assistance. The father is unable to work at least until he has surgery on both arms. Their current needs are food and gas for him to get back and forth to work and school.
