Story
Family identified by Greater Shiloh Church: A family of four was displaced by the Eaton fire and tragically lost everything. Despite ongoing efforts to receive support from FEMA, they have experienced continuous delays and obstacles. In the meantime, the family has been relying on credit cards to cover the cost of temporary housing at an Airbnb. As a result, their credit has been significantly impacted. They are actively searching for permanent housing, but are concerned that their damaged credit may prevent them from securing a safe and stable place to live. We are advocating on their behalf for financial assistance to help pay down their credit card balance and remove this barrier to stable housing. Any support toward this critical need would be a tremendous help to this resilient family during an incredibly challenging time.
