Minor child was placed with biological mother with very limited mobility and high medical needs.SHe cannot leave the apartment without assistance. This is a high risk placement. Mom cannot transport child to school at the school he is attending. They are not wanting to switch schools at this time of year. The school paid for Hop Skip Drive for a month, DHS paid for 2 weeks. I am hoping to find donors willing to purchase HOP, Skip Drive gift cards to provide rides to and from school for a week or two . I reached out to HOP , SKIP , DRIVE and this particular childs rides range from $41 to $48 each way per day. Youth recently got his bike stolen while he was at work. Youth relies on bike for transportation to and from work. Youth is in need of a bike and bike lock so that he is able to go to work and prevent his bike from being stolen in the future.

Youth has worked hard and really did everything he can to be on his best behavior and turn everything around. He's back in school and doing everything he needs to, he's in therapy, following all of his court conditions, and is thriving. He really wants to get back into playing soccer as he used to play a lot but currently, he doesn't have appropriate shoes. He asked if I'd be able to help him with that, and I told him I'd try. He really just wants to play soccer. He's 17, he's trying to get back on the right track, and sports really help him regulate. I would absolutely love if someone could help with this and help this kiddo achieve this goal so that he can engage in something that he very much deserves to be engaged in. He is very worried about the price and not wanting to inconvenience anyone, he is very sweet, and he deserves some shoes so that he can play the one thing that he loves above all else. Any help would be so greatly appreciated by his entire professional team, and it would make this kiddo's whole year.

62231414- A loving family has taken in their 2 cousins ages (10) and (11) and the family has 2 bio kids of their own. One of the children does have some behavior issues and the family was able to get get help for that children. This loving family are doing the best they can to provide the basic needs for all the children but it has been a struggle due to the family loosing the financial assistance they were receiving for the 2 children. The family is in need of some home repairs. The family stated that the back door is broken and the edges of the door is falling apart, the siding on the home is cracking, the shower is leaking and the children's shower is also leaking and missing tiles from the shower wall. The garage door opener is broken too and so is a window. The family has a WELL that they get water from and they stated that they had the Well fixed but think that it still might need some work. It was stated that having enough food is challenging since they have 2 more people in the home. The family is in need of financial assistance to help with food and home repairs. The main caregiver is due to have surgery soon and the family will be down to one income and they are hoping that someone can help their family. This is a family of 7 that need assistance w/ rent. The total rent is $1200, but they have paid $500 of it. Dad and Mom both works, but Child Support takes alot of dad's check leaving him with $160.00 per pay period, as per dad. Mom is pregnant (high risk) and has missed several days of work due to the complications at the present time. This family has never asked for any help, but Dad appeared to be desperate and wanting to take care of his family. Two of the 5 children spend half of their time with the biological mother and the youngest 3 are 2 and under (set of twins). The $700 dollars is to pay the reminder of this months rent. This is family is looking for a hand up, let try and get them the help they need.

An impoverished young couple with a child who is 2 years old recently moved out of their parents’ home (which was in terrible condition) and into their own apartment. They both work at a local fast-food restaurant and find it currently difficult to meet their bills because of their new transition to the apartment. They need help with rent, a phone bill, a power company deposit, groceries, and diapers. They both missed work on Easter and the bonus the store was supposed to receive was denied because the restaurant didn’t meet their sales quota. Their current church has also helped them out with money, furniture, and household goods donations. If you are interested in helping this young couple, please see the additional needs to help this family get started on a sure footing. The bills are due 4/30/25.
