14- and 16-year-old girls are still in DCF custody after reintegrating with their mother. The father has a significant role in the lives of the children. By conquering addiction and staying sober, as well as attending to the children's basic, medical, and mental health needs, the mother and father have made tremendous progress in providing for their family during a difficult period.
