Carroll County has a family of 6, that are in need of food. They are working on getting there Food stamp benefits, the family has done everything they have needed to in order for the kids to not enter care. They are just truly in need of food while they wait for the food stamps to be approved. I have created a wish list, we need some one to do a Walmart pick up order so that the family can go and pick it up. I have a list and all the info needed to complete the pick up order. The family has access to a washer and dryer; however, they are not allowed to use it due to the owner of the home only allowing limited access which can cause a hygiene issue for the family during the month. The family is currently looking into other alternative living arrangements. The family is willing to use the local community laundry mat but after paying monthly bills it limits them due to the cost and putting a down payment on another place to rent. We are asking for donations with roles of quarters and laundry detergent to assist the family with the cost of using a laundry mat. If this need is met, then the family can pay regular monthly bills while looking for alternative living arrangements to put a down payment on rent at a new place.

The child is placed at a higher level of care and parents' rights have been terminated. She is needing more clothing for school and to help herself be well to encourage self-esteem and feeling comfortable.

A mother of four has recently had two children (fictive kin) placed in her care by DFS. The caregiver met the children's mother on a Facebook mommy chat. Shortly after meeting the family, the children's mother passed away from cancer. There were seven children in the mother's home at this time. The caregiver who needs assistance is providing for two of the seven. The father of the children is not able to care for the children at this time and is currently on a treatment plan with DFS. The caregiver's income is fixed, and she is awaiting state benefits for the children placed in her care. This family is in need of the following:

Summer clothing 5/6 girls 12 shoes 7/8 girls 1 shoes 13 boy's shoes

Pullups size 5/6 Diapers size 6 Wipes Snacks for the children

This sibling set recently came into care with limited belongs or clothing items. They are currently placed in kinship foster home. First child is a 14-year-old male that wears 36-38 pants, large- xlarge shirts in men's, and a size 12.5 men's. Second child is an 8-year-old female who wears 10-12 girl in both shirts and shorts and size 3.5 in girls' shoes. Any help with spring or summer clothing would be appreciate. Family is being reunited and has a new home. Working on gathering things to make it feel more like a home and help them get back on their feet. Starting with the beds. I have a full size bed for mom, but looking for twin size beds for each of the two boys. Mom has asked for pillows and I would love to find them bedding as well. Boys are into Pokemon and Sonic the Hedgehog but anything blue would work.

A single mother who is the full-time caregiver for her disabled daughter is struggling to pay her rent after her monthly payment went up. She has starting driving for DoorDash and is looking for other ways to earn income while caring for her child, but she has gotten behind. She needs $262 by May2nd to avoid eviction. Please consider helping this family.

Our church is working together with a family who was recently homeless and is getting back on their feet. For years they have been deeply invested in serving our community. The mother has been a constant source of support, providing food and childcare assistance to local churches, always giving selflessly to others.
