I'm making a request on behalf of an 18-year old mom who attends our YoungLives program. She has a 1 1/2 year old daughter and a 3 month old son. She also cares for her little sister. She and her children's father are both working and have secured their own apartment, that they've been living in since early March. They're working hard to pay their car payment, car insurance, rent and other bills. They're learning to manage a budget, but are short on their rent payment this month. Their rent is $1,225 a month, and they have managed to pay the majority, but they are short $175. It is due on May 6th, but she is hoping to be able to pay it on the 4th or 5th.

A provider has just taken in a 5 month old baby. The provider was surprised by the placement and was not prepared for the child to be placed so soon. The provider is on a strict income and is in need of a swing for the baby along with blankets and bibs for the baby for spit up's after feedings. The provider is asking for $100 gift card to purchase these products for the baby. The provider is thankful for any help that is received

A mother of a one year old boy is requesting assistance with getting a new cell phone with minutes in order to maintain her engagement in the case with the team. Mother currently is without a phone and compliance is difficult for her since she is not able to keep in contact with her legal team or her treatment providers. Any assistance in order to help this mother be in compliance would be greatly appreciated as she is trying to do better by her son!

A grandmother of her one year old grandson is requesting assistance with getting a larger car seat for her grandson. He is currently in a rear facing infant seat and would be better benefitted from sitting in a rear facing toddler car seat that can grow with him. Grandmother is on a fixed income, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated to help continue to support this grandmother in caring for her grandson.

A grandmother, who is kin placement for her 6 year old special needs granddaughter, has lost several hours of work per week over the last month due to her granddaughters physical and behavioral needs, along with daycare ceasing transportation services unexpectedly. She is becoming increasingly concerned about food insecurities without assistance. A $200 gift card to Walmart would mean keeping food on the table. It would be a blessing to this family if this need was met. Thank you for your consideration!

Family is being reunited and has a new home. Working on gathering things to make it feel more like a home and help them get back on their feet. Starting with the beds. I have a full size bed for mom, but looking for twin size beds for each of the two boys. Mom has asked for pillows and I would love to find them bedding as well. Boys are into Pokemon and Sonic the Hedgehog but anything blue would work.

A single mother who is the full-time caregiver for her disabled daughter is struggling to pay her rent after her monthly payment went up. She has starting driving for DoorDash and is looking for other ways to earn income while caring for her child, but she has gotten behind. She needs $262 by May2nd to avoid eviction. Please consider helping this family.

Our church is working together with a family who was recently homeless and is getting back on their feet. For years they have been deeply invested in serving our community. The mother has been a constant source of support, providing food and childcare assistance to local churches, always giving selflessly to others.

We are asking for support to help this family thrive with groceries, summer clothes and shoes for the children, toiletries, laundry detergent, and a gas card. Please consider supporting this family.

This family would be grateful for alternative forms of support so they can redirect their limited funds toward housing.
