I am submitting a request for a single mom of five children ( 6months, 2yrs, 4yrs, 6yrs, and 8 yrs old). She needs financial assistance to pay a daycare balance of $378. Also, she needs help with paying one week once the daycare balance is cleared. The weekly payment is $160 a week for the kids. She needs this help so that the kids can be in school so she can work. Once she starts working she can pay the daycare after the first week. She is not able to work because she's home taking care of the kids due to her balance at the daycare. Any help you can provide would be so helpful to this single mother in need.

The caregiver currently has placement of and is caring for one non-relative child in the dependency system. The caregiver is grappling with the grieving process after losing her husband very recently. The caregiver has not been able to work and has fallen behind on bills. She is needing any kind of assistance to help her get caught up and continue providing a stable environment for the teen in her care. When the request is met the caregiver will be caught up on her utility bills which will alleviate stress and allow her to take care of her other responsibilities. The caregiver and child will maintain a stable living environment.

We are a family with six children, and unfortunately, their shoes are in poor condition and falling apart. They have outgrown their current shoes, and some have fallen apart at the sole where some are currently wearing Crocs as a temporary solution. We would greatly appreciate any support in the form of a gift card to a shoe store or Walmart, as this would allow us to purchase shoes in the appropriate sizes for each child. A gift card would be especially helpful since we are unsure of exact sizes for some of the children. I will enter it as a gift card per kid. Several of the families dining chairs have broken or are not safe for use. I have a full size bed for mom, but looking for twin size beds for each of the two boys. Mom has asked for pillows and I would love to find them bedding as well.
