Good afternoon, Community Church Members, We are currently working with a mother of four children ages 11 (male), 13 (female), 14 (male), and 16 (male). The family has recently transitioned into a new home. At this time, the family has limited resources and is in need of assistance to help make their living space more functional and comfortable. The family is needing assistance with a futon couch and dishes. The futon would provide a comfortable space for the children, and the dishes are essential for daily meals and household routines. Ct came to cm asking for help with a lawn mower from the care portal as ct's has a broke lawnmower and the weeds are growing so high that is risking a ticket from the city. Ct has his girls every weekend at his home and the grass is so high they (the girls) and him want to play in the yard sports and yard darts things like that in the yard and cant with the grass so tall. The weeds just shot up this year with a lot of rain this the end of April. My ct tried to fix his mower but it is seems to be just toast. My needs the grass cut for benefit of his family bonding time. Plus he girls are the age of helping doing yard work and he was going teach them about mowing when found out it was broken. His girls are 13 and 14 I believe or 12 and 13.

We have an amazing family working with us, and our program. They have really been showing up and working hard over the course of the last year or so. However, the primary caregiver lost his job and they quickly fell behind on bills. He has since obtained another job, but the backlog of expenses is proving to be difficult to manage. Our agency is able to help with some expenses, but not all of them, and they could really use some additional support to keep their utilities on and their children safely in their care!

The caregiver has placement of three non-relative children who she has an amazing bond with. The caregiver is currently working two full-time jobs to be able to care for and provide a stable home for the children. The caregiver is not yet receiving non-relative caregiver funding, which has increased the financial strain on her significantly. The caregiver is in need of $200 toward her electric bill to alleviate some of this stress while waiting for funding to start. When the request is met the caregiver will have some of the current financial strain on her alleviated and she will be able to continue providing a stable environment for the children.

Baby boy was born on 4/18/25 at 33 week. He is currently weighing 3.5 lbs. He is currently in the NICU, working on gaining weight so he can be discharged to a foster placement. Baby boy has to be at least 4 lbs to be discharged. Prior to his discharge he must complete and pass a car seat test. Due to his size he is needing a car seat with ability to carry a 4lb baby. Baby boy is also needing Dr. Brown bottles with preemie flow nipples, preemie size diapers and clothing to aid in his transition into foster care placement.

This request is for a family with 3 children, one of the children is an adoptive placement. This family needs 6 dining chairs. Several of the families dining chairs have broken or are not safe for use. If you have used dining chairs you would like to donate or would like to purchase new ones, I know this family would greatly appreciate it.

Family is being reunited and has a new home. Working on gathering things to make it feel more like a home and help them get back on their feet. Starting with the beds. I have a full size bed for mom, but looking for twin size beds for each of the two boys. Mom has asked for pillows and I would love to find them bedding as well. Boys are into Pokemon and Sonic the Hedgehog but anything blue would work.

A single mother who is the full-time caregiver for her disabled daughter is struggling to pay her rent after her monthly payment went up. She has starting driving for DoorDash and is looking for other ways to earn income while caring for her child, but she has gotten behind. She needs $262 by May2nd to avoid eviction. Please consider helping this family.

Our church is working together with a family who was recently homeless and is getting back on their feet. For years they have been deeply invested in serving our community. The mother has been a constant source of support, providing food and childcare assistance to local churches, always giving selflessly to others.

We are asking for support to help this family thrive with groceries, summer clothes and shoes for the children, toiletries, laundry detergent, and a gas card. Please consider supporting this family.

Due to complications during delivery (e.g., including significant blood loss), the mother faces an extended recovery period. Without paid family leave, this has created financial strain on the household, leaving them approximately two months behind on rent.

This family would be grateful for alternative forms of support so they can redirect their limited funds toward housing.
