Client lives in an RV with her young daughter. They are without electricity as the electrical panel, outlets, and fixtures were all damaged beyond repair. Her goal is to be able to "plug in" to outlets at an RV park and be able to have proper lighting, cook, and have heat and cooling when needed. This client is an amazing mom who is recently separated from her husband. They are working towards being healthy individually so they can start a new marriage together. She has recently come back to the Lord and is excited to build a marriage on biblical principles. With each paycheck she tries to work on projects to improve her home. Most recently she was able to afford a door that locks as her prior door was damaged and unable to close properly. She is overwhelmed with excitement at the possibility of having help with affording an RV electrical panel ($110-$150 on Amazon) wiring, light fixtures, and outlets she believes would cost about $150. She would like to run the wiring outside of the walls to decrease cost and tearing up her camper. It would be amazing if someone with electrical skills would be able to help her with this project but she is willing to do it herself if needed.

A single mom has been in her home for 27 years. She works in a high school as Equity and Access Counselor for the students. She purchased this home before after her son was born, and he grew up in this home with only his mom. She lost her car in the fire as well as her home. She was able to get a new car with her insurance quickly. She has been able to get some assistance for furniture from FEMA. She not only lost her house, but now is in the process of a divorce and trying to regain what she has lost again (the husband took half), while FEMA and other resources are unable to give her help for the second time. She has insurance, but is waiting to receiving any payments from them yet. She is the owner of the house and head of household on all documents, making getting support again impossible.

Please assist a family on a fixed income who have taken a kinship placement by providing beds, bedding, and essential safety items such as outlet covers, child safety gates, smoke detectors. This support will help ensure a safe and stable home environment for children as the family works to keep the children connected to their community and relatives.

This request is for a grandmother who is a kinship provider for her grandchild. The grandmother has been caring for the now 1.5 year old child due to substance use by both of his parents. Grandmother and grandfather work very hard to support him. The mother just gave birth to a new baby who will be coming home with grandparents. They are in need of an infant car seat immediately to be able to take the baby home.

Resource Linkage is working with a single father of 5 children who is in need of community supports. The father is working closely with the school resource center to be linked to resources but he has expressed a need for help getting clothing and groceries for his children. The father recently moved to a new home which has taken some finances, he works a lot and is depending on his grandmother to help raise his children. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The school has been working with a mom who was reunified with her children about a year ago. As a single parent she has needed extra support in keeping up with all of her kiddos and their needs. They've recently been accepted to move into a more affordable home at the beginning of June but they had to move out of their current place earlier than that. They are in need of a hotel room to hold them over until their rental is ready for move in. (The landlords are actually from MP!) The hotel is $84/night and we are hoping to cover 5 nights. There are several other churches claiming other nights as well!

She plays a significant role in caring for her younger sister, who has special needs. Despite these responsibilities, she maintains consistent school attendance and holds a part-time job. However, the job is located far from her home and provides limited hours.

She has expressed interest in applying for jobs closer to home that may offer more consistent hours, but she faces transportation challenges. The family car recently broke down, and she currently depends on others outside the home for rides, which has proven unreliable. She is looking for a bicycle or another form of transportation to help her access more stable employment opportunities.

This is a single mom who is currently pregnant and due at the beginning of June. She has requested an infant car seat and a stroller. She is moving into a shelter this week. Mom lacks a support system and is trying to rebuild a better life for herself and her child.

We have a beautiful new family that arrived last week from Afghanistan. They came with nothing and currently the government funding is not available. we have helped the family secure housing and most of the furniture needed. they hopefully will move into the apartment in the next few days.

I am advocating for a mom of 2 who has had a stroke paralyzing her left side. While ordering a wheelchair for her, we discovered she is sleeping on a mattress on the floor. This mom has had three back surgeries and needs her bed high enough to be comfortably transferred in and out of bed and to be able to rest well. She is very humble and grateful for any help she may receive.
