Our agency has a family seeking assistance with two bed frames, one queen size frame for mom, one bunk bed with mattress for the bottom bunk and bedding. The family consists of a single mother of an 8-year-old boy. She is currently balancing full-time studies with employment outside the home. Despite her demanding schedule, she also provides care and support to her nieces and nephews, who frequently spend overnights in her household. The family lacks external support and is currently in need of new bed frames to ensure a safe and comfortable sleeping environment. Improving their sleep hygiene and living conditions is essential to promoting the family’s overall health and well-being. Mom prefers white or light-colored furniture. Examples for reference:

we have a crib without a mattress. we serve 10s of people each month and are down to our last crib. most of the families are refugees from Afghanistan, Congo and only a few Ukranians now.

An organization that we partner with shared a need with us for a family they are working with. Mother recently loss her mom and has a lot of Mental health issues. She recently got custody of her children back and is trying to really hard to be a good mother, there are other two children in the house. They are in need of a Twin bed, a Queen bed and a vacuum cleaner. Please let me know if you have any of these items to help this family or if you are able to purchase them!

A counselor at a local high school shared a need for a local family. The family was displaced, and did seek a motel voucher from the district. Thankfully they're back in an apartment, but the mom shared they're in need of a stove.The oldest a senior at the high school and there are two younger brothers. The family is requesting help in getting a gas stove.

Family is in need of two twin sized mattresses, the bed frames and bedding have been secured.

One of our members has a washer and dryer to donate. A newly arrived refugee family with a disabled child is in great need of these donated units. We are looking for help from our church to pick up and deliver the washer and dryer. A pick up truck is needed, also volunteers to load, unload and install.
