She is working hard to improve her home to provide a place for her and her daughter to live comfortably and safely. What a blessing a working toilet would be for them!

Grandmother is receiving a phone call requesting her to take emergency placement of her three grandchildren. These children are boys ages 14, 11 and 5 weeks. The older boys are already placed with her and the baby will be joining once released from the hospital. Because this was a surprise she is unprepared when it comes to resources for these children. She will need a few weeks worth of formula as she waits for services to start. She is in need of:

Client's RV she is living in with her less than two-year-old daughter is in need of water sewer access. They are currently living without. It would be a tremendous help to be able to access clean water for washing and drinking. This separated mama works hard helping those struggling with mental health issues and wants to make a clean and functional home for her little girl. Her life would be made immensely easier if she's able to receive help in purchasing and potentially helping to install these much-needed basic items.

The three children were removed from their mother and placed with their father with very little notice. They are currently living in an extremely small one room trailer that fits only a bed which the older children share, and a pack and play which the child is now climbing out of. The father has worked diligently to get them a larger place and finally has saved enough, however once they move, he will not have any funds left over for beds, mattresses, or linens for the children.

When the request is met the children will have appropriate, safe sleeping arrangements.

This young woman is recently separated from her husband and has just learned that she is pregnant. She is committed to continuing her pregnancy, but the transition has brought financial challenges, and she is understandably anxious about her ability to provide for her child. She is currently in urgent need of assistance with her phone bill, which is scheduled for disconnection on May 17th if not paid. In addition to this, she is also struggling to keep up with housing and car payments. Any support we can offer during this difficult time would mean a great deal to her. After 25 years of faithfully serving students and teachers in Orange County, one of our longtime Saddleback Church members is now facing the heartbreaking reality of potential homelessness. She is a compassionate, devoted college professor and mentor with a clear anointing on her life. Due to a sharp decline in student teacher enrollment, her income has been drastically reduced. Yesterday, she received a 3-day pay-or-quit notice and urgently needs $900 in rental assistance to avoid becoming homeless by this Friday. Next month she will begin receiving income from new jobs and expects to cover her rent going forward. However, she needs support to make it through May. She is single woman who lost her only child years ago; she has no family to turn to only her church family. With a Doctorate and Master’s in Education and a BS in Mathematics, she has dedicated her life to mentoring future teachers and guiding students in challenging STEM subjects. Her mission has always been to help students discover their God-given talents and pursue meaningful careers. Since 2012, she has also served faithfully in several Saddleback ministries. A church member has a college student, at New River Community College, in a class that is currently homeless along with his father. His father broke both his arms in a work accident due to faulty equipment. Since he is unable to work and the company has put a hold on workers compensation until July they are in need of assistance. The father is unable to work at least until he has surgery on both arms. Their current needs are food and gas for him to get back and forth to work and school. They have temporary housing with family but will need assistance with this need in the near future. If you can help or have any questions you can reach out to Austin Phillips.

The school has been working with a mom who was reunified with her children about a year ago. As a single parent she has needed extra support in keeping up with all of her kiddos and their needs. They've recently been accepted to move into a more affordable home at the beginning of June but they had to move out of their current place earlier than that. They are in need of a hotel room to hold them over until their rental is ready for move in. (The landlords are actually from MP!) The hotel is $84/night and we are hoping to cover 5 nights. There are several other churches claiming other nights as well!

We have a beautiful new family that arrived last week from Afghanistan. They came with nothing and currently the government funding is not available. we have helped the family secure housing and most of the furniture needed. they hopefully will move into the apartment in the next few days.

I am advocating for a mom of 2 who has had a stroke paralyzing her left side. While ordering a wheelchair for her, we discovered she is sleeping on a mattress on the floor. This mom has had three back surgeries and needs her bed high enough to be comfortably transferred in and out of bed and to be able to rest well. She is very humble and grateful for any help she may receive.
