I am the social worker of a mother who is working on reunifying with their child. The child just returned to the mother's care full-time this week. The mother is tight on money and does not have the funds to pay for her phone bill this month. It is $135 and due on May 15th. The mother is worried about having her phone turned off while she has her child newly back in her care. She needs to be able to talk to her child's day care provider, as well as continue to communicate with the service providers and myself as part of her CPS case. She is actively looking for employment and has an upcoming job interview. I have also given her information about signing up for a low-income phone line through a government agency. SW Dub
