Single mom is requesting help with paying her car note. Mom is employed and is sole provider for family. Mom states she is working 2 jobs to help pay bills and her teen age daughter has been seeking employment to help family out as well.

Mom has four children and just started going back to work after being on maternity leave. The baby is only a few weeks old. Mom has limited resources and works hard to provide for her family and to be available for her children. Her 8-year-old's bed broke recently, and mom is financially unable to replace it. Having two tall baby gates will help to safeguard the children at night. Helping her out with a twin bedframe (for a boy) and twin mattress, will help the little boy get better sleep and he will be able to focus better while at school.

Three children recently came into care and were placed in the home of their grandparents. This placement allowed the children to remain together, close to their parents and community of origin, and out of foster care. The grandparents are in need of a toddler bed and bedding for the youngest child, who is almost two years old. The child is a female child who likes traditional girl colors, Cocomelon, and Ms. Rachel. Helping this family would allow these children to remain together and in the most family like environment possible.

One of our foster families had a child place with them this week. They are in need of two sound machines and a video baby monitor. The child is a 1-year-old girl who was removed from the home due to deplorable conditions. This would help this sweet toddler sleep well in her new home.

two children are currently placed in the home of their maternal grandmother. The children are both under the age of 2 and grandmother is struggling to care for the children by herself prior to getting daycare established. It would be beneficial to the grandmother to have the mother there as a support for her and to help care for the children and give the grandmother a little bit of a break. However, the mother does not have consistent transportation and has to rely on others to get around. She is working hard on becoming independent. It would be greatly beneficial to assist the mother in obtaining some Uber giftcards so she can spend as much time as possible with her children and also assist her mother in caring for the kids.

A lady in a senior housing complex is in need of furniture and dishes for her apartment. She only has a bed and a tv. She is in need of dishes, sofa, table with chairs.

A mom at the apartments where we serve is in need of a bed. She has been having major issues with her back due to sleeping on her sofa. She does not work and cares for her disabled son. She is in need of a bed and dresser. Anything you can do to assist will be greatly appreciated.

A member of our church is in need of assistance with his family's utility bill. This family has 6 children all under the age of 12. Both parents are employed and hardworking. Meeting this need will help alleviate this church family from this financial burden!

We have an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of a single mother and her two young children. She’s working hard to provide for her family, but it’s tough to keep up with laundry when she can’t get to the laundromat. 
Right now, they’re sleeping on mattresses on the floor, and she’s seeking gently used washer and dryer units to ensure her kids have clean clothes. Additionally, bed frames would help restore their dignity and self-esteem.

I am requesting funding to help a 14 year old girl attend summer camp. She currently lives with her mother and older brother who is experiencing job and housing insecurity. The older brother is in and out of the home as he deals with staying out of the gang life. Despite all that she is dealing with this young lady continues to maintain her grades in school and a positive outlook on her situation. Attending camp will give this young lady a much needed reprieve from the current home situation and give her the encouragement that she needs to continue building on personal resilience and independence.
