Story
As we approach the end of the school year, we are preparing to celebrate the hard-earned achievements of our graduating seniors. This year, however, we have seen a noticeable increase in the number of economically disadvantaged families who need to borrow a cap and gown for their students to participate in the ceremony.
While we are fortunate to have a limited number of caps and gowns available for loan, these must be returned after graduation. Unfortunately, this means that students will not be able to keep a traditional graduation tassel with their class year; a small but meaningful keepsake of a significant milestone.
We are reaching out to ask if those who might be willing to support 12 students by donating graduation tassels (amazon link below). Whether through a monetary donation to purchase tassels, or by donating new tassels directly, your support would allow students, regardless of their financial situation, to leave graduation with something to commemorate their achievement.
