Hello, I am working with a paternal aunt, who has been placement for her nephew for the last year. The child is 4 years old and is in need of some summer clothes, new shoes and some additional help with groceries. This aunt is the permanent option and aunt is pursuing becoming the legal guardian and anything to help out this family would be greatly appreciated just to help them keep their head above water with the additional costs of opening their door to this kiddo who was in need.

A loving family of five recently opened their home to care for their young nephew, who needed a safe and stable place to stay. With limited space, the family’s two boys are currently sharing a queen bed. A bunk bed would give each child their own sleeping space, making this transition more comfortable and helping both boys rest better. Your support would directly support this generous family and create a more peaceful environment for the children to grow and thrive.

A local foster family is taking in two sisters tonight and are in need of a bunk bed. They do have one twin mattresses for it and would just need one additional mattress. This would be an amazing help to the family as they welcome the girls into their home and help them feel safe in their new space.

Family consists of client and 4 children. Family are successfully enrolled in Welcome Baby and participate consistently in the program. Upon assessment, family is in need of a baby swing so that client can safely put baby to rest and have him with her when she's in the kitchen or living room. The swing would make it easy for mom to move him around the home while keeping him safe. Client is not currently working so she can care for newborn son. Client does not have the funds to purchase swing. Family would greatly appreciate receiving this assistance. A link of the baby swing can be found in the notes section. This sweet family has been diligently attending parenting classes with us for over two years. They have recently added a second child to their family and were able to move from a camper into a one-bedroom apartment. They have been able to acquire many of the things they need for their family but are still in need of a couch. It would bless them immensely to have a place to sit in their home. Because so much of their furniture in the RV they were living in was built-in, they don't own a dresser. They are having difficulty keeping their home organized without adequate storage for their clothing.

Mother expecting 2nd child on 5/23. This child’s father is not involved, although has support from 1st child FOB. Both unemployed and without finances to put towards listed items. This mother was recently enrolled in our program for her 2nd child, although we did have her 5 years ago when her 1st child was born. Since our initial enrollment, this mother has shown much growth in her recovery and mental health. We have provided other resources in the community, although family has not been successful in obtaining these items. Any assistance available would be beneficial to this family- thank you!

Mom recently had emergency gallbladder surgery and has been unable to work the last couple of weeks. She is currently residing in a sober living facility receiving treatment and attend the Fresh Hope program in hopes of reunited with her children. Grandma is watching the children while mom does the hard work of recovery.

Due to mom's gallbladder surgery she is behind on her sober living facility rent and needs to catch up. She needs to pay two weeks rent to catch up and get back on her feet. Please help this mom who is doing the work to reunite with her family.

Please consider helping a single mom and her 2 year old daughter here in our Scottsville community. They are in need of a refrigerator as theirs went out and now they do not have one. This would help them keep cold food instead of just shelf food for meals. This single mom works multiple jobs including an in-home bakery. Appliances are very expensive and finances are tight for her. Not only would this help with their food but it would also help her continue her business and the flow of income.

We have contacted Doug's Maytag in Scottsville and they have a new Amana for $667 or a new Whirlpool for $754. There is a $79 delivery fee and they will remove and dispose of the old one for her.

Please help us to meet the need for a powered mower. We have an adult son thriving in our recovery community who provides care for his aging mother. He is reestablishing a life in sobriety and she is on a fixed income, so their resources are limited. They're currently unable to mow her lawn. Thank you blessing this family!

2 senior individuals with disabilities were placed in protective custody due to living conditions exploitation sexual and physical abuse. We are asking for help with community resources that may be able to assist these 2 elderly disabled individuals with mentorship, gift cards for local fastfood due to where they were placed they only have access to a microwave. Any financial assistance would greatly be appreciated to ensure securement of their room at motel until further placement arrangements can be made. What we are needing is..

1. Financial assistance for motel for approx. 1 month and transportation
2. Resources for food,clothing,mentorship transportation,housing
3. fast food gift cards so these 2 individuals can have at least 1 hot meal.
