We are a loving family of six, comprised of four wonderful girls aged 7, twins aged 12, and a vibrant 16-year-old. Recently reunited with their forever home after foster care, the twins need special support to ensure their transition is as smooth as possible.

We are seeking pull-ups in size 5T/6T and some regular children’s underwear to keep our little ones comfortable. Clothing and food assistance would greatly benefit our family during this time.

Given that the twins are medically fragile, a sturdy wagon would be a wonderful help for taking all the children on joyful walks with their parents. Lastly, if possible, we are hoping to acquire medical equipment like feeding tube holders to ensure the twins receive the care they need. Family consists of mom and her 2 yr old child. Mom was in a domestically violent relationship with the childs father. Currently mom has removed herself and her child from the situation. Mom is in need of assistance with her FPL bill. Although her past due balance amount is $678.78, she will appreciate if at least $384.80 can be paid, preventing the electricity to get shut off again. Mom also does not have transportation since the childs father is no longer in the home. She would benefit from a bus pass so she can have reliable transportation.

A single Mom of two young children, who is also pregnant, and just left an abusive relationship, is on her own financially is in need of assistance to pay her power bill. Mom was also fired from her previous job without just cause, and has been diligently searching for a job but was turned down due to current pregnancy. She was hired yesterday, and is waiting on her background check to be completed. She is willing to do anything she can for her family, and has been working hard to get back on her feet. With your help, she will continue to have power in her home, and her needs met. She has also requested booster seats for her children, so that they can ride in the car safely. She is unable to afford them at this time.

An expecting mom-to-be due in June and her partner are in need of a car seat/stroller combo and bassinet to help prepare for their first child. The client is currently receiving free professional counseling through Caris' C25 (Conception to Age 5) Program to navigate the complexities surrounding unplanned pregnancy. Caris will continue to journey with the client and her family until the child's fifth birthday, offering professional counseling and a grace-filled, judgment-free community of support. The client will receive other essential items such as diapers, wipes, clothing, and toiletries for herself and her child through Caris' Essentials Boutique, but is in need of these "bigger ticket" items to fully prepare for new motherhood. Receiving these items will help the client and her partner feel empowered to care for their child with dignity, grace, and love!

Mother expecting 2nd child on 5/23. This child’s father is not involved, although has support from 1st child FOB. Both unemployed and without finances to put towards listed items. This mother was recently enrolled in our program for her 2nd child, although we did have her 5 years ago when her 1st child was born. Since our initial enrollment, this mother has shown much growth in her recovery and mental health. We have provided other resources in the community, although family has not been successful in obtaining these items. Any assistance available would be beneficial to this family- thank you!

Mom recently had emergency gallbladder surgery and has been unable to work the last couple of weeks. She is currently residing in a sober living facility receiving treatment and attend the Fresh Hope program in hopes of reunited with her children. Grandma is watching the children while mom does the hard work of recovery.

Due to mom's gallbladder surgery she is behind on her sober living facility rent and needs to catch up. She needs to pay two weeks rent to catch up and get back on her feet. Please help this mom who is doing the work to reunite with her family.

Please consider helping a single mom and her 2 year old daughter here in our Scottsville community. They are in need of a refrigerator as theirs went out and now they do not have one. This would help them keep cold food instead of just shelf food for meals. This single mom works multiple jobs including an in-home bakery. Appliances are very expensive and finances are tight for her. Not only would this help with their food but it would also help her continue her business and the flow of income.

We have contacted Doug's Maytag in Scottsville and they have a new Amana for $667 or a new Whirlpool for $754. There is a $79 delivery fee and they will remove and dispose of the old one for her.

2 senior individuals with disabilities were placed in protective custody due to living conditions exploitation sexual and physical abuse. We are asking for help with community resources that may be able to assist these 2 elderly disabled individuals with mentorship, gift cards for local fastfood due to where they were placed they only have access to a microwave. Any financial assistance would greatly be appreciated to ensure securement of their room at motel until further placement arrangements can be made. What we are needing is..
