Bio mother and her boyfriend live with 12yo male, 11yo female and 9yo male. The home's electricity was turned off in the AM on 5/20/2025. After many calls to CPS Energy, the adults were advised that they needed to pay $560, then they would be placed on a payment plan. The total the parents owe in electricity is over $3000. Mother's boyfriend is working at McDonalds, and mother stays at home with the children. The family's vehicle is no longer working preventing mom from working, who was doing door dash.

The 12yo male is experiencing many mental health issues, and it is reported that that is where much of the family's finances are going. The mother is trying to see if paternal grandmother can take the children until the electricity is turned back on. Paternal grandmother is protective, and at one point was placement for the younger children.

CW is actively working with a 15 year old male, who has not been able to return home due to personal experiences in his home life. Unfortunately, he does not have a working cell phone and communication with CW will be lost once he is out of school for Summer break. The request is for a cell phone and minute card. If this request is met, CW will be able to communicate with the youth and ensure his safety continues.

We are requesting for a young woman who is in the process of adopting a family member's baby. She herself was system involved growing up and is bound and determined to break ‘the cycle’. She is bright and is working hard to provide for herself and her child. She very much wants to go to college and go into teaching or nursing. She is a strong (and clever) advocate for herself and her baby.

We’re hoping to put some finishing touches on her apartment; sometimes it’s the small things that break us, no? These items would enhance her living space and generally lift her spirits which is so necessary raising a toddler. It would be absolutely delightful if these items could be considered as an apartment shower registry.

My 11-year-old foster child, lives in the country and wants a mountain bike to be able to ride around during the summer with the rest of the foster siblings in the home.

A single kinship provider had taken in his 15 month old family member. He is working so hard to provide a safe and stable home for him and continues to be met with financial barriers. He is requesting a dresser that he can bolt to the wall, this can be used in good condition or new. He is currently using plastic bins but the toddler loves to climb and he is very concerned he will climb on it and it will fall on him. He has explored other dresser options but the ones he can afford are too flimsy and unsafe for this child. Thank you so much for considering and your help!

A family is struggling to be able to afford the special formula their infant must have. Both parents work and have WIC but unfortunately WIC is only contracted with Similac. The infant needs Reguline Enfamil with each can costing $40 for 19.5 oz. Without assistance, they will be unable to provide the formula this infant needs to thrive.

I’m reaching out today to ask for help for a strong, resilient, loving mother of a 15-year-old boy, a 2-year-old little boy, and a precious 7-month-old baby girl. For the last four years, this family lived in a one-bedroom apartment in Kerman, dealing with heartbreaking conditions. The apartment was infested with roaches and had black mold growing in the walls — an unsafe, unhealthy place for anyone, let alone for children. Despite paying high rent to a neglectful landlord who refused to make things right, they had no choice but to stay because it was all they could afford.

Recently, this Mom was finally able to relocate her family to a new apartment in Sanger. But with the move came another hard decision — she had to throw away nearly everything they owned because it was too infested and damaged to take with them. They left behind beds, furniture, kitchenware, and even the baby’s belongings. Now, this family is starting over with almost nothing, and we’re hoping to rally our community to help them rebuild their home and give these children the safe, clean, and loving space they deserve.
